Courtyard Cottage is the perfect holiday home for friends and family. This hidden gem is perfectly situated down a private road, overlooking Lumb and its surrounding areas with rolling countryside from every angle.. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Underfloor heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Garden with courtyard and outdoor furniture. Electric car charging point, at cost. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. . This delightful cottage is a home away from home and an ideal choice for families and friends to enjoy local attractions and walks right on your doorstep. The quiet village of Lumb rests in Rossendale. Home to a village pub, church, and local shops. Nearby attractions include the Forest of Bowland, Bolton Abbey, Preston and Yorkshire Dales National Park. The East Lancashire Railway line, famous for its historic steam trains, runs through Rawtenstall, which is only 4 miles from Courtyard Cottage.
Entering the property from the allocated parking area you will find a modern open plan design on the ground floor level. With a cosy lounge allowing plenty of space for everyone! Benefitting from contemporary sofas, a TV and a small dining area. This really sets the scene for a cosy night in or a place to rest and plan your dayâs activities.
