Tropical Breeze är ett privat hem beläget mittemot Crystal Beach i det exklusiva samhället Terra Cotta Terrace i Destin, Florida. Bara några minuter till den privata tillgången till stranden hittar du dig själv på en mjuk sockervit strand med bländande smaragdvatten.

Tropical Breeze är ett fritidshus med tre sovrum med tre badrum som har en ljus inredning, kabel-TV, videobandspelare / DVD-spelare i varje rum, en privat balkong utanför master-sviten för att äta ditt tidiga morgonkaffe eller en sen nattcocktail, en trädgårdsbadkar i masterbadet med dusch för sen kvällsavslappning och en king size-säng för din sömnkomfort. I motsatt ände av övervåningen finns ett gäst sovrum med två dubbelsängar, en stor klädkammare och eget badrum med badkar / duschkombination. Den nedre våningen sovrummet erbjuder en queen-size säng och ett privat badrum med en duschkabin. Varje sovrum har eget badrum. Det finns också en utdragbar soffa på bottenvåningen. Vårt hus är också husdjursvänligt. Husdjursavgift är $ 150.

Sophomore spring break

Wonderful trip! Great location. Golf cart is key! It was a mom and four sixteen year olds. They had the upstairs and I had peace on the main floor. Pool was warm and a great addition. We loved the golf cart and the freedom it gave us!Highly recommend this location!

Fall break 2024

The house is great. Golf cart was an amazing addition. We enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The pool is a little small, (which we knew)but it was nice for the kids. We had a wonderful family vacay!

Tropical Breeze is perfect!

The house is perfectly appointed with everything you might need! We enjoyed using the golf cart, swimming in the private pool plus the close proximity to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again when we visit Destin in the future!

Great place to stay!

Good house for family get together

We decided to have a family get together in Destin and this was the perfect property for us to have a family get together and the house was in very good condition and check-in was as easy as it gets. Overall the stay was very good.

Nice, clean, just like the pictures

The property was very clean. Lots of beach toys & towels. Very close to the beach. We had issues with the golf cart but talked to the owner about it. Easy communication. Be sure to read the checkout list closely.

Paradise Getaway

This Destin location was perfect. Amenities very detailed making our stay easy breezy. Very dog friendly and comfortable to boot. If you want a getaway that gives you the feel of Destin, this is the place.

Excellent Home & Location

Excellent house perfect for our family. The location was perfect, the private heated pool was amazing and the golf cart was in excellent condition (like new). We are already looking forward to the next trip back. The communication with Car was also perfect. I recommend this house.

Great Location Best Thing About Our Stay Was The Golf Cart It Stole The Show For Us The House Is Nice But Cleaning Could've Been Better Maintenance For The Property Could Be Better Like Floor In Bathroom Needs To Be Redone ASAP It Was Noticeable To Us Very Small Work NOTHING Major BackDoor Knob Was Loose Property Manager Was Willing To Send Someone Out To Fix It Asap But We Decline Outside Pools Needs Working

Great property!

We enjoyed this property so much. The pool was great and its so convenient to the beach. The golf cart was an awesome bonus and so much fun to ride on down the old scenic highway while looking at the beach! The owner was very accommodating and had everything we needed for the week. We will be staying again next year!

Awesome location!

This house was perfect for our family of five. The house was so close to the beach and the private beach access made it super nice. Car was so responsive to all of our requests. The pool had an issue and he had a pool guy out immediately to get it fixed. We would definitely stay again!!

Our family purchased this home in 2020 as the Pandemic sent us looking for a drivable destination to spend family time from our home in Parker (DFW area), TX.

We absolutely love the Emerald Coast and the location of this home. Our desire to find a home with a private pool and walkable to the beach was found here with Tropical Breeze. We also like having all the amenities and attractions nearby. We hope you enjoy the home and area with your friends and/or family as much as we do.
