Absolutely Wonderful!!!

My groom and I selected this property for our stay in Destin when we visited for our wedding at Crystal Beach. His and my parents joined us at the home along with my two teenage boys and it was more than adequate space for all. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the bunk beds to be at minimum a full or possibly even queen sized beds. We were beyond happy with our choice!!! Beautiful home was extremely clean upon arrival and the very few questions we had, which were not many, were answered with one quick phone call. The location was perfect and pool we had access to was fabulous too! We made use of the fitness center and found it satisfactory as well Would highly recommend this gorgeous home in a heartbeat and didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful property. Great location in Destiny West. This house has everything you need for your stay. Golf cart is included. We had 8 people and it was perfect.

We loved this property. Short trip to the beach with a great golf cart that made transporting toys/coolers/chairs and everyone to the beach every morning. The home is located in a cul-de-sac so there was space for kids to play out front without having to worry about traffic. The house had coolers on site if you didn't bring one, an ice machine so we could pack them. Plenty of storage space for groceries and drinks. All the beach chairs/bikes/toys to make a family trip more fun. Will definitely rent again!

Excellent home, close to beach

Our family has been coming to this area for years, trying out different homes. We brought four children with us this year, ages 11 to 22. This home is really great - super clean. Loads of space. Well organized (and labeled) kitchen. There is an unbelievably well-stocked cabinet with every kind of bar glass you could imagine, along with the wet bar and wine fridge. This home has an Incredible main suite and bathroom. There are loads of supplies (umbrellas, shovels, beach chairs, bikes) in the garage. The golf cart was a delightful plus -- we could load up the cart and make the very short trip over to the beach. There is a public beach right across from the entrance to the community, so the golf cart trip was short. Could easily have walked to beach if the cart weren't such a convenience. The community pool and hot tub were very nice. Close to all the homes and well maintained. The home is in the back of the community, so it is nice and quiet. The balcony and back porch are quiet and relaxing. Only two things more could have made this home more perfect -- spices in the kitchen and a hot tub out back. Other than those minor things, this home was incredible! Would love to stay here again. (The sound system in the house is really cool but we couldn't figure out how to make it all work. We got the receiver connected via bluetooth, but couldn't connect to the TV or the other speakers in the other rooms.)

Destin reservation

Beautiful home, but we experienced an issue with cockroach's half way through our stay. So needless to say a couple of sleepless nights. Company would have come in and sprayed, but we had our dog with us and didn't feel comfortable with the chemicals.

Great Location to the Beach

The house was very clean and neighborhood was surprisingly quiet since majority of the houses are short term rentals. The golf cart was a life saver to get to the beach to avoid sand in your vehicle. Parking across the street at the Crab Trap was also convenient due to having bathrooms at the beach and food available if you forgot to pack. The E brake doesn’t work on the golf cart so you’ll have to park on south side of the parking lot to avoid it rolling back into the middle of the parking lot or use a chalk to block the back tire. The house had a umbrellas and tents (pretty worn down). I would recommend renting umbrellas and chairs at the beach with La Dolce Vita group so you don’t have drag items in the sand. Overall, clean house in a good location. House manger was very responsive. It’s expensive but definitely worth the money.

Not exactly what we had expected for the $$

Positives- The property was in a beautiful gated neighborhood with easy beach access approx a 3/4 mile away. The golfcart was enjoyed by all and convenient for local driving. The home's interior is tastefully decorated with needed kitchen cookwear. There were also numerous beach toys, floats, coolers and a wagon plus several bikes for riding. The grill was used often. The master br and bath was quite spacious and beautiful with a small balcony. There were several contacts with management and they were very quick to respond with efforts to resolve issues. Negatives- The bunk room was very small and the other 2 bedrooms were small/avg. The kitchen had minimal dish towels or cloths and the ice maker ran out quickly plus jammed often. I did notice a huge, new ice maker in a box for future renters. The surround sound didn't work and despite maintenace trying to help to operate the master TV, we were very frustrated with the inability to watch TV easily or desired stations with ROKU. We all looked forward to swimming in what pictures portrayed to be a large swimming pool. The pool was not large, and water was so warm it was like sharing a bathtub with 25 other people. This was probably most disappointing of all. We went only 1 time and even the kids couldn't enjoy it. My adult dtr and myself paid a large amount of money for our family's annual Fl vacation at this rental and felt the pictures of the size of both the house and pool were overstated.

Great Stay!

We had a great time and plenty of room for seven (even had a spare bedroom)! Property was clean, everything was well-stocked and available, exactly as advertised. Previous guests left some pretty disgusting-smelling trash in the recycle bin when they left, but that’s no fault of the property owners (we came just before the trash takeout day). I hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did!

A Home Away From Home

The home was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. It truly felt like a home away from home. The beach is literally across the street from the subdivision and also has a community pool, fitness center and tennis courts. The golf cart and the bikes were also an added bonus. I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends when visiting Destin, FL.

Would've been 5 star but i didn't like that we wasn't able to check in to like 5:30 pm. Also pics show a small area to maybe fish from the back yard. It was all grown up but the neighbors was completely clean but he wouldn't allow anyone to fish from his spot. Other than that this home would've been 5 stars.
