Both bedrooms, located on the upper floor and on the floor below the main floor, have two very comfortable double beds, and in the living room there is a double sofa bed at the client's disposal. The great advantage of the apartment is the en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.

This apartment does not have private parking, the closest public parking is 450 m Parking [P] Atocha-Retiro-Madrid - Plaza Reyes Magos.
The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and stairs with quite a steep slope to access the upper floor and the lower floor through.
The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the content of the thermos that will need recharging once it ends.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
