The property has modern decor throughout and has been finished to a high standard with marble flooring in the open plan living and dining room.
The bungalow is well-equipped with many modern conveniences and has Wi-Fi internet access. Externally, there is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The terrace is furnished with table and four chairs and has amazing sea views. It is the ideal place for al fresco dining or to relax after a long day exploring Torbay. To the rear of the property there is also a lawned garden.
Thatcher Avenue is located in an exclusive area of Torquay, which is within easy reach of Meadfoot Beach. The centre of Torquay and the picturesque harbour are a short drive away. Torquay is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the South West and exudes a fantastic cosmopolitan buzz. Dotted around the harbour there are plenty of bars and cafés where you can sit and simply watch the world go by. For a great day out you can catch the ferry across to the historic fishing town of Brixham. There you will find a number of beaches, restaurants and cafés.
