Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, air conditioning, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed front garden with patio and garden furniture. Hot tub for 8 (private). Badminton court and paddle board (available from September 2025, shared with other properties on-site). Electric car charging point. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. Situated in a small village 6 miles from the town of Sleaford where you can catch the train for a day out in Skegness or even London. There are lovely walks through the surrounding countryside and cycle routes straight from your accommodation. An abundance of wildlife surrounds you and you may be lucky enough to see the deer in the paddock next door.
