The villa has:- Private pool and garden with barbecue area;- Outdoor deck with dining table;- Large living room with dining and living areas;- TV with cable channels;- Free Wi-Fi,- Fully equipped kitchen, including washing machines and dishwashers;- 3 Rooms, 2 of which are Suites with ensuite bathrooms;- Fantastic closets;- 1 common access toilet;- Air conditioning;- Private parking.Location and Proximity:- Located in Albufeira, close to services, bars, restaurants;- 0,3 km from Private Hospital;- 2,4 km from Beaches;- 1,5 km from Strip Oura;- 2,7 km from historic center of Albufeira;- 9 km from Salgados Golf Course;- 33 km from Faro Airport.Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €750 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.Extra services with additional cost:Transfers * Rent-a-car * Chef * Extra Cleaning * Concierge Service * Yacht Tickets * Diving * Boat Trips * Water and Theme Park Tickets * Extra Beds * Cribs * Highchair * Baby Stroller *

Room for improvement

Whilst arranging my stay I had contacted the host a week prior for transfers to be arranged and if possible attending the villa early due to the time of our flights, both of which were agreed. As I have then landed in Portugal it took some time for the host to reply to me asking about any information regarding our transfers, it had been established that this had not been arranged at the time when agreed and had to be arranged there and then. Upon arrival that day there was a power cut within the villa, the host came out to repair this. There was then a further power cut which the host came to repair but did not inform us of this, so we were sat for sometime with no electricity or air con. The host advised us that the power cuts are a fault with the villa and they are aware of them and that we were not to use too many electrical items at once, I.e the oven and air con together. There were three further power cuts throughout the week. The host wanted a security deposit in cash euros which ate into our budget for the week when we had hoped this could have been deposited via bank card. There was also no place to dry clothing and no coat hangers in wardrobes and the hair dryer broke after the first day. Overall the villa itself could be improved particularly around the power cuts as it’s inconvenient and leaves those without elcriticty until someone can attend to repair this. There are many little details to be improved upon within the villa
