Villa Eagles Nest is a private and elegant villa located in the prestigious area of Cerro de Águia, offering comfort, privacy and stunning views, ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.

The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, chairs and a TV area, creating a cosy atmosphere for relaxing and socialising. The dining room, with elegant decor, is perfect for enjoying long meals together in a refined and relaxed setting.

On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms: two en-suite with single beds, one with a double bed, and another with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms also serve this floor, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

On the first floor, there is a fifth bedroom, a double en-suite, offering a more private space.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a practical pantry, providing extra storage and functionality during your stay.

Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens surround the heatable pool (additional cost), creating the perfect setting for sunbathing on the loungers. The outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying the Algarve’s pleasant weather. The property also includes a games room with a snooker table and a terrace with table and chairs, offering extra entertainment for all ages.

Located in Cerro de Águia, the villa is close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, / It is recommended to rent a car, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 14th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

This villa is beautiful- a little tired looking and needs a few bits fixing but didn’t ruin it for us at all. Great location, 10 minutes in an uber to Old Town and the Marina. Villa is massive and has all the amenities you could think of or need during your stay. Communication with Olivia at the customer service department and was second to none. Could not fault this at all. Unfortunately we did have an issue with a few people coming into the property or onto the grounds without our knowledge or consent which was quiet unnerving considering there was no prior warning/ notification and no safe in the property for our belongings. This was not something that was advised at booking nor at check in. On one occasion someone had come in to the villa while we were out and went into every room and bathroom to gather towels and provide new ones which in one hand we did appreciate but on the other, we weren’t advised to expect this and left everyone a bit wary as although our valuables were “away” they were not safe due to the lack of a safe. Regardless, I would highly recommend this villa and booking through Algarve Vacation because the 24/7 service and communication was brilliant and the villa was great.

Excellent experience

From booking to arrival, communication with Olivia was excellent. Any queries were answered promptly, couldn't fault the service and standard of accommodation. Would definitely use again, and would 100% recommend to others.

Check in hat fabelhaft funktioniert, Villa an sich ist Wunderschön auch die Lage perfekt! Es sind kleinere Altersschwächen erkennbar und die Aussenbeleuchtung hatte keine Funktion. Ansonsten war aber alles Perfekt!!

Goed. Jammer, 1 kapotte parasol…hadden er twee goede nodig. Matrassen zijn niet meer goed, geen van alle..Drie mannen waren plots in tuin bezig, terwijl wij zonden en zwommen….Rest prima.

Wonderful Stay with Friends

Our group of friends stayed at Villa Eagles Nest for a week and it was perfect. The villa had everything we needed, great kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of bathrooms and lots of space for everyone. We chose to heat the pool and it was worth every penny. The BBQ area was great for evening dinners, and the views from the terrace were just beautiful. Highly recommended for groupsfamilies.

Comfy villa for group of friends/family

- pool, pool area - green area - game room :-) - ping pong - big rooms with bathrooms, excellent floor plan - good equipment - beautiful garden inside house :-) - washing machine, dishwasher - excellent communication with service staff (thank you for your help, Martin) just a tip for travellers: when travelling in the winter season to south Portugal you should remeber about bringing warm clothes for the house - but it is common to every private accomodation there is no other way than to use AC to make temperature acceptable in the evening inside house

Perfect Family Holiday at Villa Eagles Nest

We had an amazing week at Villa Eagles Nest. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for a large family like ours. The pool area was stunning, and we loved having our meals outside overlooking the garden. The kids spent hours in the games room, while we relaxed on the terrace. The location is peaceful but still close to Albufeira and the beach. We would definitely come back!

Fantastic Villa in a Beautiful Setting

Villa Eagles Nest exceeded our expectations. It’s a gorgeous, private property with a lovely garden and pool area. Everything was spotless when we arrived and the check-in was smooth and friendly. We especially enjoyed the upper terrace in the evenings and the peace and quiet of the area. It’s close to shops and restaurants but feels like a true escape. We can’t wait to return next year.

Unfortunate events lead to low rating

Unfortunately, what was an amazing holiday, has been tainted on our return home. Holiday was tainted by our very large deposit being held (and not being told the reasons for almost 2 weeks), to then be told EVERY single towel and a lot of bedsheets needed to be replaced at a cost of £193. Now, I will put my hands up and say some towels had makeup on. But some towels were your expected level of dirtiness after 5 days of use (E.G the towel you step on after a shower) and it seems to me the cleaning company didn’t even attempt to wash the towels before claiming they are to be replaced. I think the villa is beautiful - but please be wary of the Algarve Vacations trying to take as much money as possible from you on your return. (Read the trustpillot reviews!) AND take pictures before and after your stay.

Beautiful Villa great location and fantastic pool

Villa Nest, is located a short 5 min drive from the Marina and about 10 mins to the old town and various shops. It is easy to get to find. Villa is a great size, we had 12 guests and found there was plenty of space both inside and outside the villa to enjoy. Pool area is a real highlight with lovely garden and plenty of areas to enjoy the day, including the BBQ area. Air con worked well through-out the property and the bedroom were comfortable. Kitchen was a good size and it was very practical to have two fridges available. Would definitely stay again.

Absolute paradise!

We had a fantastic stay! The beautiful garden and the large pool, creates a perfect oasis for relaxation and enjoyment. There is a fantastic game room, where we had great fun! The location is peaceful, it provides a tranquil escape, while still being conveniently close to all the amenities. Honestly, staying here felt like a slice of paradise. Can't wait to come back!"
