This super-stylish home occupies the entire ground floor of a charming Edwardian house on a pretty tree-lined street bordering Hammersmith and Chiswick in west London.

It enjoys great transport links, and nearby is the wide open space of Stamford Brook Common as well as the bustling Chiswick High Road, full of boutiques, restaurants and cafés.

At the rear of the house is a large extended living space filled with natural light from a central skylight and bi-folding doors opening onto the elegant terrace — a perfect spot for al fresco dining with the added bonus of a secluded, shaded garden.

The flat retains many original features and has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard. Walls and cupboards are painted in on-trend heritage colours, with high ceilings and plenty of wooden flooring throughout. The galley-style kitchen and bathroom feature exposed brickwork, adding further style and character.

The flat is accessed via its own front door leading onto a long hallway. At the front of the property is the large bedroom with super king-size bed, American-style shutters, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of storage.

The sofa in the lounge converts into a sofa bed which can be made up on request — please inform us at the time of booking.

The generously proportioned bathroom offers a walk-in rainfall shower with hand-held attachment, an oval stand-alone bathtub, sink, a huge back-lit mirror, and ample cupboard space.

The stylish kitchen, equipped with modern appliances, flows into the open-plan dining area with a large table perfect for leisurely meals or working from home, overlooking the outdoor space.

Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a charming lounge with a feature fireplace, over-mantel mirror, large sofa, hand-built cupboards with shelves, and a large flat-screen TV.

The Location
Prebend Gardens is a quiet, popular street near Stamford Brook Common on the borders of Chiswick and Ravenscourt Park. Stamford Brook Underground station (District line) is a 5–10 minute walk away, providing direct routes to Earl’s Court and Victoria, with many bus routes serving Hammersmith, Shepherd’s Bush, and Chiswick.

The A4 offers easy car or taxi access to central London, while the M4 connects to Heathrow Airport and the west of England.

Chiswick High Road — with its cafĂ©s, shops, restaurants, independent Chiswick Cinema, Soho House’s High Road Brasserie, and Hogarth Health Club — is close by. Other nearby open spaces include Chiswick House & Gardens, Ravenscourt Park, and the Thames Path.
