The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements.

The elegantly decorated bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Hammersmith is an artsy riverside area, home to eclectic productions at the Lyric theatre and rock shows at the Apollo concert hall. Busy shops and cafes line King Street and fill the Kings Mall, while trendy gastropubs contrast with historic drinking dens like the Dove. Leafy walking trails wind along the River Thames, which is spanned by the landmark Hammersmith Bridge. The annual university boat race draws crowds.

Well connected to Central London and Heathrow airport using tube and bus.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

There is a locked room in the hallway. For the host's use only.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
