As you walk through the front door you will enter into the lounge. The
lounge is the centralized location and provides access to the kitchen,
a family bathroom, and a bedroom with lounge.The master bedroom suite
is accessed from the pool courtyard and is a large bedroom with private
living area and en suite bathroom. Internal stairs from the twin
bedroom adjacent to the lounge leads to a double bedroom with access to
the rooftop terrace. Separate access via the upper terrace leads to a
large double bedroom with separate living area and it's en suite
bathroom. Entry to the property courtyard is through a private parking
area via large arched doors. Front door into lounge. Kitchen. W/C. Twin
bedroom with 'bunk' style beds. Family bathroom. Master bedroom suite
(seperate access from the pool courtyard) with large bedroom and en
suite bathroom. Internal stairs up from twin (children's) room to
double bedroom. Separate access (via upper terrace) to large double
bedroom with en suite bathroom.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
