Modern 2-bedroom apartment with airco in the heart of Barri Vell, the historic center of Girona. Located in a unique location near the wall and a short distance from all the emblematic places and buildings that Girona has to offer.The apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and space for bicycles.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated building with 3 apartments in total.The living room has airco, a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and of course free internet. There is a dining area that separates the living room from the open and fully equipped kitchen.The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed (single bed with an extra bed underneath). There is a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment is in the centre of the historic district, where access by car is very difficult and parking is not possible. It is also important to note that you can only enter the historic centre 3 times by car (per quarter year). Therefore, we strongly advise you to park the car first and then come to the apartment on foot for the check-in.

A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 21.00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 21:00 to 23:00, 20€;- From 23:00 to 00:00, 40€;- Check-in after 00:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 00.00h, we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.
