Located in the heart of Albufeira, this attractive 7 bedroom villa is perfect as an ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 7 spacious bedrooms. In the grounds the villa benefits from having a large private swimming pool.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the Strip with plenty of amenities, bars and restaurants all around.

Oura Beach is less than 7 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms.

In the garden guests may enjoy using the purpose built BBQ facilities.

Airport transfers can be arranged upon request, as well as cots and high chairs provided.

Fantastische ervaring – absolute aanrader!We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in de villa die we gehuurd hebben. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld – van begin tot eind voelde het als pure ontspanning. Eva is echt een topvrouw: vriendelijk, betrokken en altijd bereikbaar als we vragen hadden.Wat we extra waardeerden, was dat er meteen werk werd gemaakt van onze verzoeken – zoals het regelen van een paar koude biertjes voor onze aankomst, wat perfect werd opgepakt. Het zwembad werd bovendien elke dag netjes gepoetst, waardoor het er altijd uitnodigend en schoon uitzag.

Amazing Accommodation

The villa was perfect for me and my friends, there was 13 of us for my 30th and the layout was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, the outdoor area was great (not a salt water pool which is a bonus) and Eva, the host, was amazing. Communication couldn’t have been easier and she was able to accommodate any request we had, will definitely be back.

Great Villa, amazing trip!

Had an amazing stay in this Villa. This place was perfectly located and had everything we needed. We stayed with 16 of us for my brothers stag do. Eva was really good and communicated really well throughout the process. Helped us with all our transfers once Portugal side, I couldn't have asked for anymore from the villa and from Eva and her team.

Best Hen Do Villa

Easy check in process, villa was clean and the location was perfect, 10 minute walk to strip, close to shops and restaurants. Loads of sun loungers, plenty of hot water for our group of 17. Nice kitchen layout and lounge area and plenty of utensils. Cost was contactable and helpful and communicated with friends to organise things in the build up. Would love to go back with a group in the future.Perfect place would highly recommend!

Amazing for my friends Hen Party

I can’t recommend this property enough! I booked this for 15 of us for my friends hen party and it was incredible. From booking the property, Eva was super helpful with any queries I had with booking things in Albufeira, Eva even arranged transport for us from the airport to the villa. The Villa was in a great location with walkable distance to Aldi, Spar and the Strip. We all had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Amazing!

Stayed as a group of 17 girls and it was absolutely perfect would definitely recommend to anyone. The location is brilliant and the villa itself was great. Great place to get together with friends

This place is perfect for a group of friends to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space to hang around in. The pool was nice although the weather wasn’t the best. Good location too, a little bit of a walk but not too much to shops, bars and restaurants

The best villa ever!!!

21 of us stayed at this villa for my hen party. We ranged in age from 20-70 and it suited everyone, with several ensuite bathrooms and a huge kitchen/living area to hold us all. We stayed at the end of October and were still able to use the pool! At first it was cold but we got used to it! Great location to new town, a 10-15 min walk, and taxis to old town. Several people in our group are thinking about coming back here with their families as it would really suit a big family too!

A lovely villa, in a wonderful city.

My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Das Amendoeiras, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Traveling with a group of 18 can be challenging, but we were thrilled to find this spacious villa that catered perfectly to our needs. The villa is equipped with comfortable, spacious beds, a beautiful balcony and well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring everyone had a relaxing stay. The pool is both deep and expansive, ideal for cooling off under the warm sun, which beautifully illuminates the garden throughout the day.Convenience is a highlight here you’re just a short 2 minute walk from lunch options and a supermarket, making it easy to stock up on essentials. The beach is only ten minutes away, and the stunning Algarve coast offers a variety of beautiful beaches to explore, each with its own charm. There are also delightful dining spots right by the beach, perfect for enjoying a meal with a view. For those looking to explore, the old town is a fantastic day trip option, featuring picturesque beaches, charming shops, and a variety of restaurants. Additionally, “The Strip,” a vibrant street filled with nightclubs, is just a ten-minute stroll away, ensuring that the nightlife is never far from reach. Our host, Eva, was absolutely wonderful—quick to respond and incredibly accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. My friends and I wholeheartedly recommend Casa Das Amendoeiras if you’re seeking a fantastic getaway. You won’t be disappointed!

Wir waren mit 15 Personen eines Tennisclubs in der Finca. DafĂŒr war es perfekt! Vorfeld schnelle RĂŒckmeldung des Vermieters. Unkompliziertes Handling. Gute Lage zum Strand und Strip und einigen Restaurants Ein paar Euros zur Altstadt mit dem Taxi. WLAN unten top, oben in den zwei Zimmern nicht. DafĂŒr super BĂ€der und Terrasse. Wir wĂŒrden die Finca erneut buchen!

Great Holiday House, Excellent Location

We were a large group with 4 rental cars and there was plenty of inside and on the street. We arrived at the agreed check-in time and the cleaners were only just getting started - the previous guests checked out late which I understand - just communicate as much to us. It wasn't a big deal. There wasn't much communication about how things operate and how to get the laundry etc., so a couple of small things could have been better, but overall a great spot and very happy!

Wonderful family vacation

We had a lovely vacation with a large family, enjoyed very much the large and deep pool and the whole villa. Everything worked well and the surrounding is peaceful. Eva was really helpful already during the planning of our vacation and on-site Miquel was taking care of the small problems we had in the house. Some ants invaded one of the bedroom, but I guess that is quite unavoidable during summer in the south. Thanks!
