Praia Da Oura är känt för "stripen", en lång aveny med ett brett utbud av restauranger, barer och nattklubbar. Detta gör Praia Da Oura lämplig för alla typer av semester, oavsett om du letar efter en lugn paus på en gyllene strand eller nattklubbar till gryning!

Denna äldre fastighet ligger centralt i ett bostadsområde nära den populära Praia d'Oura och centrum av Areias de Sao Joao. Det ligger inom gångavstånd från "Strip", strand, restauranger och butiker och är ett utmärkt val för familjer med små barn eller tonåringar.

Boendet är indelat i två områden.
Första våningen: Vardags- / matrum / öppet kök, 1 dubbelrum, 2 enkelsängar, 2 duschrum.

Bottenvåning: Vardagsrum / pentry (ej för matlagning, endast lätta måltider), 1 dubbelrum med eget badrum, 2 dubbelrum, 1 badrum. Detta är inte tillgängligt för grupper om 6 eller färre personer. Vi tar inte grupper under 25 år.

Inhägnad trädgård med pool, grill, bassängdusch, bordtennis och wc.

Överföringar: Vi har en vanlig chaufför som gör våra transfereringar och han släpper dig i huset, en minibuss för upp till 8 är € 60, 9-12 är € 85 och 13 till 16 är € 95 enbart och du betalar direkt till föraren. Du kan hitta det billigare, men de släpper inte dig utanför huset men på vissa lokala punkter.

Det finns ett bra utbud av golfbanor inom en kort bilresa och vattenparker och en Zoo Marine för barnen.

We loved our holiday here. We were a family of 11, six adults and five children from 15-6months. The property was perfect, kitchen fully equipped, beds comfy, and the best bit about the place was the massive pool. Everything is walkable - 10 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to the strip for bars and restaurants, 10 minutes to the supermarket, 25 minutes to old town. Plenty of Ubers available to cut the journey time down and cheaper than the UK.Communications before and during the stay was great from Ana, all questions answered and quickly. Pauline and her team were super responsive when we were out there.Thank you for a lovely two weeks!

Amazing!!!

We have just had an amazing stay at Casa Malinda. The villa is well equipped, spacious and has everything you could ask for. The pool area is large with lots of outside seating, table tennis, BBQ, outside toilet and shower. There is a sunbed for everyone!The villa has many different terraces and balcony areas so there is something to suit everyone. Three minute walk to the main strip and a five min UBER drive to old town. Very well situated. We were a hen party so it suited all of our needs fantastically well. Pauline met us at the villa and showed us around. Very responsive if needed. Showed us how to set the alarm and use the two available safes. Communication with the villa owner Ana throughout the entire booking period was excellent. Highly recommended

Wonderful house in Albufeira

The house was large enough for our group of 11, adequate bathrooms, all clean and functioning, it was close to town but still quiet at night. The pool area was beautiful, we felt like we had our own private resort. The property manager, Pauline, was attentive and very helpful, a joy to work with. I recommend this home to anyone!

Great property in a great location. The owner was excellent at communicating and kind enough to organise numerous airport transfers during our stay. Lovely pool to cool off whenever needed 👌

Great Villa, Great Location.

We stayed as a group of 10. 2 families with children and grandparents came too. Villa was close to everything. We didn't need a car. We would love to return at some point?

Perfect Property

Perfect location, 3 mins walk to the local strip and 5 mins in bolt to the Old Town. Villa is large, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, kitchen is fully packed with everything you could need and is very classy and modern. Pool and terrace area is very spacious too. Had a superb holiday 6 adults and 2 children and because of location and cheap taxi rides we didn't need a car. Aldi and Lidl close by too.

Amazing stay

Stayed with a few friends for a few days and cannot fault the villa or the service. Both Ana Maria and Pauline were lovely and easy to contact before and throughout the stay. The villa was amazing. Even better than in the pictures!

Beautiful villa in an ideal location

11 of us stayed here for three nights and we loved it. It was easy to book, communication was great and everyone involved was very helpful and friendly. It's a great location close to the strip but quiet enough not to be disrupted. Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again or recommend others to stay!

Weekend to Remember 💃💒

As a group of 11, we decided to book this villa for my hen do! Our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We were greeted by Pauline who showed us around the villa and the communication was brilliant with both of our airport transfers arriving on time. The villa was very spacious, clean and in a very good location with many facilities. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

The perfect stay

A group of 11 friends stayed in the villa to celebrate my sister's hen do. The villa was in a great location, clean and with so much space for all of us to enjoy. Ana and Pauline were so helpful with any questions and arranged our transfers which all went smoothly. Would come back again and again to this villa when visiting Albufeira. Thank you!

What a fantastic holiday. We had a family ranging from 2 to 40 and we all loved it.

Villa was fantastic. Rooms were lovely and clean, best part was the pool!! Sunshine all day and lots of pool toys left for all ages! 2 access roads to the strip at different points which were fantastic! Everything you could want and more! Will definitely be returning 😍😍

The Villa ticks every box

We were extremely impressed with the Villa, the location couldn’t be better with the beach, bars and nightlife all within walking distance. The pool & other facilities (e.g table tennis) made this a perfect stay for a group of friends. The Villa manager was also great in organising the transfers from the airport too, making everything very seamless for us. Would definitely recommend this Villa to family and friends!

There were 10 of us that stayed for a long hen weekend. Communication with Ana was great from the start and we dealt with Pauline when we arrived, who was super helpful. It was a great villa, plenty of space for us all and great location, close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away so you couldn’t hear it. It was also easy to get Ubers from when we went further a field. A great weekend had by all and I would highly recommend the villa and would happily book there again.

Fantastic family holiday

We visited with 13 of a family ranging ages between 65, 40s and children from 11 to 3.. We had a lovely time the villa was spotless and Pauline made check in very easy and also arranged our transfers from airport to the villa.. The pool was deep for the children but Pauline got us a large padding pool for them and also supplied us with stair gates. The location is fantastic with loafs of shops and restaurants to hand. We went into the Old Town every night costing just 5euro the Old Town is stunning and restaurants are beautiful along the sea front, The Strip is very lively but more for younger groups do we went into The Old Town as more for younger families. We hope to return in the future.
