Worst Appartement ever
I liked the view from the terrasse
I booked the apartment because the photos looked very nice and we wanted to spend a cozy weekend, but everything turned out differently. The apartment looked really good at first glance, but the bathrooms and especially the mirrors were more than just dirty. One bathroom was almost impossible to enter because there was always water in it and the floor was ice cold. The couch in the living room is broken and you couldn't really sit on it. There was about 35 degrees in the Appartement when we arrive - it was so hot and because it was so hot aoutside the climate couldn’t cool the rooms down till Sunday. And last but not least, unfortunately, my parents forgot their money in the apartment - even though I wrote to them straight away via WhatsApp, they apparently couldn't find anything. I was repeatedly told that someone would get in touch, but there was no answer. I always have to ask. That's not customer-friendly at all. I also repeatedly asked whether the wet floor in the bathroom had been checked - I didn't get an answer. For that much money, that's unacceptable.
