A lower ground garden flat, fully equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay.

The flat has a lovely bedroom featuring a King-sized bed that has been fitted with hotel-quality linens for your comfort. Along with a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

The living area is a good size featuring a lovely sofa-bed set.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious homecooked meal such as an induction cooker, an oven, and a toaster.

The home has 1 bathroom where you'll find a shower, a toilet, and a sink.

In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

Please note, following a guest's comments about our wifi signal, we have added wifi booster so the signal is now good and strong. To use the TV you must enter your own streaming credentials, no regular programming available.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Ideally central with some of the best Brighton has to offer within walking distance.
Take a short stroll to the bustling Lanes with its many independent shops, bars and eateries. Churchill Square shopping mall is minutes away and the seafront is just 50 yards away.
Closer to the beach, there is the pier, the Sealife Aquarium and the i360 – the world's tallest moving observation platform!
There is a long stretch of seafront bars, clubs, restaurants, shops and galleries, with arcades, outside entertainment, and many children's activities.
Brighton has something for everyone!
The spectacular Royal Pavilion is a must see landmark, and there are plenty of venues, museums, parks and events all year round!
The stunning South Downs are a short drive away and are ideal for a walk, bike ride or picnic, and there is a plethora of green spaces and parks for outdoor activities.

We are within walking distance of just about everywhere in Brighton!
We are a 10-15 min walk from Brighton Station, or 5 min taxi ride. Getting around on buses is fun and our nearest bus stop (3 min walk) is Churchill Square, the hub of Brighton buses, you can download the app and get discounted tickets on your phone. Street parking is residential only in the whole of central Brighton and Hove. The nearest car parks are Regency Mews but you should book ahead or there is a council car park, which is more expensive, but you won't need to book ahead.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

The home is on the lower ground floor.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
