A unique opportunity to stay in this spacious 4 bedroom house located in the popular village of Abbots Langley. The property is modern, stylishly decorated & equipped with everything you need to make your stay memorable. The property has a large garden which attracts the sun, the perfect setting to kick back & relax in this quiet location. Located near the M25, there are excellent transports link to local towns & central London. Parking is provided & Harry Potter Studios Tour is a short drive.

The space
The property has a large entrance hall which leads to a spacious open plan living area, which has a cozy seating arrangement in front of the TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to complete your stay, and is partnered with a large dining table and breakfast bar which can also be used as a work station. Take the spiral staircase upstairs and you will find 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and there is also a further shared bathroom equipped with bath & shower. The King sized beds are super comfy and each room has a unique modern design. The fourth bedroom is currently an open space, which primarily offers additional wardrobe and storage space. The property has space at the front, but the garden at the back is large and is equipped with tables, loungers and garden furniture making this a relaxing and extremely social space. There is parking provided at the front of the property for up to five cars.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
