The large, modern kitchen area has everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. From modern appliances to ample countertop space, the kitchen caters to your culinary needs.
A separate dining area provides a second living space that can be used for serving dinner or simply unwinding. The room is furnished with a piano for your entertainment.
The house features three comfortable bedrooms, two doubles and a single allowing us to accommodate groups of five adults or small families of six.
Step outside into the private garden, where you'll discover a charming patio area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or bask in the afternoon sun.
The home also offers convenient amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi and central heating.
There is parking available at the front of the house for two cars. The house is equipped with an EV charge point which is available for overnight charging.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
