VILLA ALEGRIA HOLIDAY HOME IN MORAIRA
Holiday home Villa Alegria with private pool at the Costa Blanca is located in the quiet residential area of ​​San Jaime. With both Calpe and Moraira in easy reach, you are assured of plenty liveliness and nice beaches nearby. The owners have thoroughly addressed the living room, kitchen, bathroom, pool and garden. The villa has a lovely terrace with lounge set, Weber barbecue and private pool from the tarrace you can enjoy the view over the green surroundings.

With a large family, several families or is the property fully booked in your desired period? Casa Oliva, Villa Alegria, Villa Alexandra and Casa de las Ranas are located in the same street (next to and opposite each other)! So, for example, you have your own holiday home per family, but are only a few steps away from each other.

LAYOUT VILLA ALEGRIA
Upon entering the villa you step into the modern furnished living room with dining area. There is a comfortable sitting area and there is satellite TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. A lot of daylight enters the villa, which gives a very nice and pleasant atmosphere. From the living room you enter the conservatory, which can be closed by a glass door. The conservatory leads you to the terrace and the garden with private pool.

The villa has three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. All bedrooms have mosquito screens on the windows. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate room with a second toilet and a washing machine. There is a central air conditioning system which supplies the whole villa with cold and warm air. Additionally there is a gas stove.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE AT VILLA ALEGRIA
In front of villa Alegria in Moraira is a spacious driveway for parking your car, the terrain is completely fenced. You will find the renewed pool terrace with anti-slip tiles around the pool and an outdoor shower. The pool is 4 x 8 meters and 1,5 to 2,5 meters deep. There is a lovely comfortable dining table under the modern roof. The garden is so spacious that children can play to their heart's content. On the side of Villa Alegria is a nice lounge set.

- Minimum stay of 7 nights.
- In the period from July to August there is a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- Arrival and departure in the other months are allowed on any day of the week, however, your booking should be as close as possible to previous / next bookings. Ask us about the possibilities

DEPOSIT
Your stay is subject to a deposit of €250,-. The deposit must be paid well before the start of your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via credit card reservation. No reminder will follow.
To handle the processing of the deposit, we use Swikly, a secure online system that specializes in processing credit card deposits. You pay the security deposit in a secure environment without affecting your credit card limit. This allows you to arrange your security deposit well in advance of your arrival. Debit is only made in case of demonstrable damage to the accommodation.

VRBO
If you book through the VRBO portal, the following costs are still payable in cash on the spot. These costs are not included in the rental amount yet:

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Alegria is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa uses heating by means of a gas heater and air conditioning (hot/cold). When using the stove you pay € 30 per gas bottle. How long the gas bottles last depends on your consumption. Costs to be paid on the spot. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1495 per 4 weeks. If the rental period falls during the (Dutch) Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 150 per week applies. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
