Villan ligger i det mest eftertraktade, eleganta distriktet BALCON-AL-MAR. Villan har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. I det nybyggda tornet (badrum med badrum och badrum samt solterrassen) och dess golvlängda fönster har du en hisnande panoramautsikt över havet 150 meter bort. Det finns inget bättre sätt att somna eller Vakna!
Detta 3: e Sovrummet i tornet med eget badrum och solterrass kan nås via en extern trappa och egen ingång. Perfekt för att upprätthålla integritet med flera personer.

Fastigheten erbjuder en vacker, automatiskt bevattnad trädgård med gräsmatta och egen talllund, en underbar pool och en imponerande utsikt över havet och en direkt utsikt över den idylliska vita fyren i Capo de la Nao.

Vid själva poolen finns det en (fjärde) Toalett och en utomhusdusch. Den nedre delen av villan har en 8-arks arkad gjord av original Tosca sten. Här kan du sitta bekvämt och skyddat på husets vackra naturstenfasad ... och låta ditt sinne vandra. Detta är definitivt vår favoritplats ....

BALCON-AL-MAR är redan helt tyst, denna villa ligger i BALCON-AL-MAR i en bostadsgata igen tystare. (se Google Maps positionering) ..... Ren avkoppling!
Närheten till Arenal-sandstranden, de berömda vikarna Ambolo och särskilt Granadella (!) såväl som den gamla staden och hamndistriktet gör detta till en lämplig villa att tillbringa din semester med familj eller vänner och till och med dina husdjur.
Olika barer och restauranger (inklusive den berömda Miralago med 180 * terrass med havsutsikt) samt olika butiker i BALCON-Al MAR direkt några hundra meter från villan och gratis WiFi runt detta toppläge.

Everything about this villa was perfect for our family holiday. The stunning pool, beautiful views and spacious accommodation. As a host Micheal answered quickly when messaged and was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return in the future

Wonderful relaxing house with heated pool

We chose this house because it has a pool heater . We knew that in April a pool without heating is too cold . So that was wonderful . Aside from the pool , we enjoyed the roof terras with a wonderful view of the ocean . The beds were very clean and smelled fresh . The price is absolutely correct for this house . It’s well maintained and roomy and has a nice smart tv . The host is very responsive to all. Definitely would return and recommend .

Thoroughly enjoyable stay

We have just returned from a great two week stay at la Torre al Mar . The villa is spacious, well equipped in a quiet location with stunning views. The outside space has a large patio with garden and a shaded area overlooking a decent sized pool. It was perfect for six (we were with our older children and their friends) There is a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. Javea is a 10 minute drive away where there is a large sandy beach with water sports facilities and numerous bars and restaurants. Michael was an excellent host, efficient, helpful and responsive. Really enjoyable holiday all round!

Excellent

Excellent and wonderful we loved this villa. Clean, comfortable and cared for accommodation. Beautiful rooms and furnishing a mix between modern and traditional. The gardens are stunning, with amazing views all round the property. Our 15 year old son and 12 year old daughter loved the pool and we were able to make use of the new pool heating system and cover. Our teen son also enjoyed the independence of staying in the tower room. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the on line listing. A special bonus was having such an attentive hosts in Michael/Brigitte and their support team Andreas and friends. Excellent service, thankyou. Liz and Paul

Dirty

Michael is a very kind and responsive host. However we found the house very dirty on our arrival and there was a general lack of maintenance that makes the property feel run down. The beds were uncomfortable and need new linens and blankets. The place was just really dirty. The house needs a deep clean. Pots and pans, kitchen utensils were all dirty. The pots and pans were so old and grimey that I went out and purchased my own - something I’ve never done while staying at a vacation rental. Don’t expect even salt and pepper available for use in the kitchen. Also, the third bedroom is completely separated from the house, that wasn’t a good thing for us but could be a good thing for you. The mosquitos and fruit flies inside the house at our arrival were the cherry on top. We were supposed to stay 4 weeks and we stayed 3 nights. We lost a lot of money but we were happy to leave this place. Again, the host is responsive, accommodating, and helpful. But I would NOT stay here again.

Schönes Haus für Ferien in Javea

Check-in / Check-out sehr freundlich und speditiv. Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeber (auch am Wochenende) sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Man hat seine Ruhe (kein Baulärm, keine nervigen Nachbaren).

Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Teenies für über eine Woche im Herbst in der Villa. Das Wetter war perfekt und so war auch der Pool noch angenehm warm. Trotz der Lage in der Wohnsiedlung war es angenehm ruhig. Die Austattung in der Villa ist gut, auch wenn manches schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, und auch am Pool fehlte es an nichts (Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten, separater Kühlschrank, Dusche & WC) Bei kleineren Problemen konnte durch den Vermieter bzw. seinen Helfern vor Ort schnell Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und behalten diese in guter Erinnerung.

Schönes sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren 4Erwachsene mit 2Kinder,3Generationen. Das saubere Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet es fehlte uns an nichts Küche mit Top Geräten,Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern,internet W-Lan,spitzen Ferseher mit fast allen Programmen,Stereoanlage,sehr gute Möbelierung im Haus und beim Pool von der Dachterasse sehr gute Meersicht,WC beim Pool,schöne Pläze am Schatten, sehr schöner tiefer Pool mit sauberem Wasser(guter Poolservice) unsere Kinder liebten den Pool zum spielen und tauchen.Die ganze Anlage mit Garten um das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt.Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunition mit Herr Strauss war immer sehr Hilfsreich und auch schon vor der Reise beratend. Der Service vor Ort durch Andreas war sehr gut bei kleinen Problemen war er sofort vor Ort. Werde dieses schöne Haus mit dem super Pool in guter Erinnerung behalten und eventuelle wieder mal zurückkommen. Schöne erholsame Osterferien

Im April 2: haben wir unsere Osterferien in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der örtliche Kontakt zur Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Das Haus war Sauber und Gut ausgestattet.die Badezimmer neu, alles hat funktioniert. Wir waren zufrieden.!

Schöne Ferienvilla in traumhafter Umgebung

Wir sind dieses Jahr leider nicht wie üblich während unseren zwei Wintermonaten in Spanien von der Sonne verwöhnt worden. Doch das sehr reizvolle Ferienhaus unserer Gastgeber, das inmitten einer wunderbaren Naturlandschaft liegt, hat uns bestens entschädigt. Von allen Zimmern, insbesondere dem Turmzimmer, genießt man den Blick auf das blaue Meer und den Leuchtturm des nahegelegenen Cap Nao, und bei guter Sicht kann man sogar die Insel Ibiza sehen. Wir nutzten unsere Wochen, um die einzigartige Landschaft der näheren und weiteren Umgebung zu erkunden mit ihren Caps und Leuchttürmen und den vielen kleinen Buchten, eingebettet in die schroffen Felsen der Steilküste. Unsere Gastgeber, Familie Strauss, haben uns öfters kontaktiert und uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Andreas, der Verwalter hat uns ganz liebevoll empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit und hat immer wieder nachgefragt, ob er etwas für uns tun kann. Zum Beispiel als eine der Gasflaschen leer war, hat er diese sofort ausgetauscht. Das Gleiche gilt für den Gärtner, der einmal die Woche sich um das Schwimmbad und den Garten kümmerte. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben zwei wundervolle Monate in der Villa der Familie Strauss verbracht. Wir werden wiederkommen

Beautiful villa with private garden

Well equipped villa with absolutely beautiful garden and pool. Amazing sea-view. Total privacy in garden and pool area. Our teenager loved living in his own private suite with bathroom in the tower. Beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent communication with owner. Every question answered within minutes. Very happy with our stay here.

Tolle Villa am Cap de la Nau

Wunderbare Villa mit traumhaften Meerblick, geschmackvoller Inneneinrichtung und klimatisierten Schlafzimmern. Wir haben die verschiedenen Garten - und Terrassenplätze zum essen, grillen und relaxen gut genutzt, toll auch der tiefe Pool, hat man nicht so oft. Badebuchten in der Nähe mit Auto gut erreichbar.

Beautiful and luxurious villa in a spectacular location

Our family of two couples and a teenager had a wonderful stay at Michael’s villa. The house was modern and very well equipped yet also referenced the distinctive traditional architecture of the area. The pool and pool area were very comfortable and all fixtures and appliances worked very well. Spectacular sea views from all floors and very well located for some excellent restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.

A perfect week away in the sunshine.

We have just returned from a wonderful week in la Torre al Mar. The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of three local restaurants/bars and a supermarket. Three good bedrooms, all with separate bathrooms and stunning views from the tower. There is a patio area around the pool with plenty of room to spread out and soak up the sun, and another smaller area up by the tower, which is the perfect spot to just gaze out to sea. The pool is a really good size and completely private. We were greeted by Michael and his local contact Andreas on our arrival, all in a very welcoming and friendly way. Michael was so helpful in recommending local restaurants and places to go, throughout the week. We are already planning our return. Thank you for a super week!

Spectacular villa in an idyllic setting.

The villa was every bit as impressive in real life as it was in the pictures. Very modern interior with everything there you needed for a perfect stay. The views were amazing, and you will not get bored of them at all. The pool was perfect, lovely and cool and a perfect size. There are supermarkets a short drive away for everything you could need for your stay and bars and restaurants in the near vicinity too for you to relax and enjoy some traditional Spanish food and service. Javea centre is a short 10-minute drive away and is filled with all types of restaurants and bars to suit any taste but is not hugely touristy either. Owner was lovely and answered a raft of questions ahead of the trip and was on hand with any advice while we were there. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break and can assure you that we will definitely be going back!

Beautiful Xabia

The Villa is in a great location just 10 mins by car into the town. It has everything you need to make your stay run smoothly. The outside area has plenty of space and there are shaded areas as well as open areas for lunch and drinks. The views out to sea are lovely and the sunsets are wonderful.The bathrooms are smart with plenty of space. There is a supermarket within a short walk or 2 mins by car and it stocks most items at reasonable prices. Perfect stay for us and plenty of sunshine.
