Spacious City Centre 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Flat - Sleeps 10

Our flat is located in the upmarket, business district of Leeds city centre. Very close to the lively shops, bars and restaurants but away from the noise and chaos of the city centre. The flat is just over the road from the lovely park square park and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. It's an ideal location to base yourself from if you wish to be close to the city centre.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NEW PROPERTY LISTING. The photos on this listing are of an identical flat in the same building. This property is currently being decorated and will be designed to a similar style. The decor will differ in colour but will be the same standard.

This is a great apartment close to Leeds city centre and ideal if you are travelling by train since it is only a short walk from the station. Located in a small apartment building along with 5 other properties the flat itself has ample room and feels very private.

The bedrooms are a really good size and each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower as well as plenty of storage if you are staying for a longer period.

The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no lift access so make sure you are happy with this before you book. There is no on site parking available but there are a number of long stay car parks within a 5 minute walk and these vary from cheaper open air car parks to 24hr secure parking. Once at the flat you are perfectly located to access Leeds city centre on foot, with most things within a 5 - 10 minute walk. However, the flat is out of the way enough for it to be quiet at night compared to other parts of the city.

Getting around Leeds is easy from here. The train station is a 5 minute walk and almost any part of the city centre can be reached in around 10-15 minutes if you are walking. If you would like to get a taxi then you can get an Uber very quickly and cheaply.

If you are driving then there are long stay car parks at the end of the street and you can park outside the flat to unload or stay for up to 2 hours very easily. We provide more information about this in our check in information.

Beware unfair extra charges

I stayed at the property with friends for a university reunion. Yes the location is good and the property was clean but the overall experience was awful. We were unable to use the showers as they are dangerously hot. One of my friends scalded herself trying to use them. The door key is faulty and although it turns and appears to have locked the door it does not. It took 15/20 minutes to manage this and when we messaged the host he did not reply, there’s no number to call given. With lots of fiddling and by fluke we eventually managed this but with no help from the host. However our biggest complaint was that after returning home I was notified that we would be charged £75 for smoking in the property. We are all non smokers including 3 asthmatics. We did notice smoke in the corridor upon leaving and assume it came from another flat. We were accused of covering a smoke alarm with a plastic bag! Fortunately one of my friends had photographed the apartment on our arrival and yes there was a plastic bag covering the alarm. We are angered that this was obviously placed there before we arrived and the host had not completed a thorough check so had in fact put us at risk. We were outraged at the charge and sent the photo to him but he refused any communication and ignored my messages. Avoid this property at all costs. It is expensive, has dangerously hot showers, poor security and disregard for fire safety and they look to try to overcharge you.
