Regarda - Countryhouse Nocino 2 in the middle of Lake Garda vineyards

Typical semi-detached house located in the countryside of Lazise in the midst of vineyards and olive groves, about 5 km from the historic centre and the lake.
The Countryhouse "Nocino 2" can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two floors with a nice covered outdoor terrace facing a private garden, where to sunbathe on the sun loungers provided or relax in the shade of the olive tree reading a good book. On the ground floor there is a large livingroom with a kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and american coffee machine, dining table. The living room features a typical fireplace (decoration only, not usable), a single sofa bed (suitable for children), TV (no Satellite) and air conditioning for the warmest days.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with individual air conditioning: the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, window that overlook the garden and the secondary bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. On the first floor there is also a windowed bathroom with a shower box, a washing machine and a hairdryer at guests' disposal.
The country house overlooks the green vineyards and hills of Lake Garda, offering an enchanting view. The cottage has two reserved uncovered parking spaces located in the courtyard adjacent to the house. Wifi available for guests. Small pets allowed upon request. Non-smoking flat.
