MOJO Found är ett rymligt och välutrustade tre sovrum Gulf Place stadsbostad ligger vid Gulf Place med enkel tillgång till stranden, pool och tennisbanor. Det är en kort promenad till allt, med bra restauranger, barer, shopping och veckovisa händelser på Gulf Place. Uthyrning inkluderar gratis cykeluthyrning året runt. Fastigheten ligger 5 minuters promenad från ingången till Dune Allen Beach.

När du går in på huvudnivån hälsas du med en öppen planlösning, golv till tak fönster och alla keramiska golv. Detta stora utrymme omfattar ett matsal, ett stort samlingsrum och ett öppet kök med en granitbar som strömmar in i matsalen. Det finns gott om sittplatser för alla inklusive dina vänner! Köket har alla bekvämligheter med rostfria vitvaror, granit bänkskivor och k��rsbärsskåp. Köket har också vackra fönster som tillåter ljus att strömma genom hemmet till banken av fönster och franska dörrar utanför det stora rummet. Dörrarna från detta rum leder till en veranda och vägar till pooler, tennis, shuffleboard och Dune Allen Beach-tillgången. På huvudvåningen finns också ett halvt bad för gästerna. Den andra våningen har ett sovrum med ett vardagsrum, klädkammare och pittoreska veranda med utsikt över naturområdet Gulf Place. Befälhavaren bad är din privata fristad med en djup trädgård badkar, separat duschkabin och dubbla f��fängligheter. Den andra kungen sovrummet är mycket rymliga och har ett bifogat badrum. Den tredje våningen loft sovrummet har en tvilling rulla säng och mindre dubbelsäng, perfekt för barnen eller en tillflyktsort från lägre nivåer.

Det finns tillgång till en gemensam pool, shuffleboard och tennisbana. Det finns också en grillplats nära poolen och shuffleboardbanorna. Grillar är inte tillåtna på enheten på grund av en HOA-begränsning.

We would stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying in the unit! We loved how close it was to the pool. Walking distance to the beach and all the little shops around it. It was very clean. We were able to get in a couple hours before actually check in time. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, etc. They also had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids. Only down side was the beds! They were very hard and uncomfortable(memory foam). Other than that we enjoyed our stay here. If we came again we would stay here.

Great location!

The unit was just as advertised and perfect for 7 people! The loft room was great for 2 teenage boys. The family/dining room was spacious and perfect for playing family games. The unit was very clean a d does have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. We LOVE Gulf Place and would definitely stay here again if we needed a place for 7 people.

Great spot for family vacation!

I just returned from my third stay in Gulf Place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The townhouse was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The main bedroom was amazing, and the twin beds on the third floor were surprisingly comfy. Just a heads up: the two full-size beds have a futon quality to them, which might not be for everyone. We did experience a brief hot water issue, and although no one came to address it, it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

This property had everything we needed for a week stay. Everything was clean and in good order. Just a short five minute walk to the beach and within easy driving distance of many local attractions in Destin in Panama City. We had a great time.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a week and really loved the location! A few small annoying inconveniences like zero salt/pepper, sugar, or any of the things needed for cooking so you have to buy literally every ingredient for cooking. My only real complaint is with the beds. The beds are very firm and not comfortable. Pillows aren’t great either. Sheets are crispy and not soft. Just wish i would have read a review stating this in advance and I would have brought my own pillow at least. Again minor, but kids were so excited for the big bath tub and were upset the jets didn’t work. Also weird sediment was coming out of the drain or spout into the bath so that grossed them out. Lastly, the couch is a pullout but very very thin and uncomfortable mattress there too. Don’t plan on adults sleeping there. To end on a good note since the rental was mostly a great experience I will note that they do have umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, and baby gate for you to use! Maybe mention this in the listing so your renters know they don’t need to pack all this! This was great to see. A small gesture would be to provide a utility wagon to help get families to the beach :)Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am (an hour before checkout) which was a little annoying.

Very nice house and great location. Very well equipped and had everything we needed. Easy access and parking. Awesome pool short distance from home. Excellent proximity to the beach and amenities. Close walk to everything, and short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Would love to come back.

Very enjoyable and pleasant experience. Property was perfect for the 2 weeks we had planned. Annual family vacation

The townhouse my family and stayed in for a week was beautifully decorated, well appointed, is located in a quieter section of Gulf Place and it's a short walk to several shops and restaurants as well as the beach access. I want to thank the young lady who cleaned our townhouse. She needs to be recognized for her outstanding work! You cannot go wrong with this rental.

Very clean. Location was excellent. Never had to crank the car unless you wanted to. Very short walk to the beach. Lots of beach chairs. Only needed beach towels.

Only down side

The property was as described and the walk to the beach was about 8 min if you were carrying anything. The downside was the main level stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the bedroom level. Not good for meals or family tv watching. Overall I recommend this property highly. Beach beautiful and nice private access.

Cleanliness

The house was nice and comfortable. We will definitely rent again. The Only concerns are listed below. The sheets in the master had clearly not been changed prior to our arrival based on the amount of body hair on them. The washer/dryer is in need of updating as it takes multiple times to dry small loads. Otherwise it was a perfect fit for our family. Thank you!

Great town home! We will love to stay again!

The place was very clean and we would love to stay again. We do wish there was more flexibility with cancellation of the town home and paying less up front. We were pleasantly surprised to find 4 beach chairs included. We had reached out to the rental company in advance any they said they weren’t included. Also, we were surprised to find two bikes at the place. That was an added bonus. A few recommendations for the townhome would be to provide more plates, forks, and utensils to cook with. Also, if a bottle of cleaning spray would have been included it would have been great to help us help wipe everything down and keep it nice and clean for the cleaning crew.

Summer Vacation

On the positive side, the location is fantastic and the property is decorated nicely. We have stayed at a number of these townhomes at Gulf Place Courtyards. This unit was disappointing. One of the chairs in the living room was broken to the point that no one could sit in it and it would fall over if anyone accidentally bumped into it. We reported this immediately and it was not fixed the entire week (it would have just taken a few screws). The master bathroom appeared to have mold around the bottom of the shower. Although we were told it was not mold and just staining, it appeared to us to be mold. The light above the master shower was hanging out when we arrived - and the property manager sent someone over to fix this immediately, but there were issues all week. The dryer squeaked LOUDLY when it was run - to the point that it could not be run when you were sleeping or watching TV - and then for 3 days the cable TV would stall every 30-45 seconds. The wifi also went out for 1.5 days. There were just too many issues for us to rent this unit again - but we will be back to Gulf Place Courtyards, just at another unit.

Wonderful bachelorette trip

We loved this property and location! We had a bit of trouble getting in touch with the owner to get inside upon check in and additionally were unaware of not having any extra trash bags and limited toilet paper/paper towels for 10 people staying for 3 nights. Would have easily brought some from home if we had known. Other than that, we LOVED our location and this property! It was so clean, close to the beach, and fit everyone comfortably. Would highly recommend for groups!!!
