"Sea-renity Now!" is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome just minute's from the beach in the heart of Gulf Place! Private gated beach access is just footsteps away with the main pool and tennis courts close by. There are a total of three pools, three private beach access points, two tennis courts, great shopping, and amazing restaurants such as Shunk Gulley, Pizza By the Sea, The Perfect Pig, The Vue, Sunrise Coffee and more! This is the perfect place to vacation and enjoy relaxing and connecting with your family and friends!
The home includes a large kitchen stocked with everything you need to make a light lunch or a five-course meal! Dining for ten at the table and breakfast bar. The living area has a full-size leather couch, loveseat, and comfy side chairs for lounging along with a 75â Smart TV and Dolby Atmos Soundbar for movie nights or catching the game.
The main level boasts an open floor plan, perfect for spending quality time with your family! The half bath is on the main as well as the large screened-in patio which opens to the picnic area with games such as corn hole, shuffleboard, and more!
Sleeping Accommodations: All Bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors.
