Stunning Architect Designed Villa with Pool and Billiard Table

You will love every second of your stay in our newly built modern villa. Located in a tranquil residential area yet only a short walk to the beaches of Calella on the Costa Brava, known to be one of the most picturesque seaside towns.

We've spent a lot of time designing the interior of our architect designed house and you'll find it a home away from home with all the luxuries and amenities you need.

Entering our house you'll find a spacious open plan living room with several sofas and a large TV. We have a beautiful zen inner atrium which has a fountain, plants and is a lovely place to meditate or do yoga in the morning.

Also on the ground floor you will find a games room with an American pool table and a desk for working. This room also has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a single futon (sleeps 1). There is a bathroom on this floor as well with a shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a large second standup drinks fridge which is great in the summer. We have a full laundry room with washer, dryer and iron. The kitchen is well equipped with Nespresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, microwave, juicer, full set of utensils and dishware and you can even cook a paella in our paella dish.

The open plan living area has two super comfy sofas, a dining table and is air conditioned.

At the back of the house you'll find a kettle BBQ for your use.

We have super high speed 300mb per second wifi for demanding guests, and the TV is set to run Netflix, Amazon Prime and other apps.

We have a 6m x 4m swimming pool, deck chairs, outdoor dining area, a hammock and a swing under a tree for lazy naps.

On the second floor you'll find 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and is air conditioned.

Bedrooom 2 has a double bed, air conditioning and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3, which has two single beds.

On the second floor we also have a roof terrace with a furnished chillout area. Perfect for a glass of wine in the evening.

Our neighborhood is quiet and perfectly situated only 10 mins walk to the beach, so you can relax in a tranquil setting. We also have a basketball court on our street where the locals get together and play almost every evening. Feel free to join in!

The beaches and restaurants of Calella de Palafrugell are nothing short of fabulous. You are spoilt for choice and the Costa Brava is known for fantastic food. It's small enough that it's not overrun by tourists and big enough that you never get bored. Check out our welcome pack for some suggestions of our favourite places to eat.

You can also visit the town centre where most days there is a food market selling fruit, veg, meats and very fresh seafood. Why not make a paella!

Locally there is tons to do. Pals is a stunning Roman village and also hosts WHITE SUMMER every year, a festival of music, food and the Holi festival (where people throw coloured ink on each other... trust me it's fun and that’s us at the festival in our profile photo).

Nearby we have Cap Roig which hosts a botanical garden and a music festival where the likes of Sting and Christina Aguilara have performed.

You are also a short drive away from the Dali museum in Figueras and beautiful beachsides of Cadaques, Dali's home, well worth a visit. You can also take the family on a daytime excursion on a boat, where you will get a tour of the Costa Brava and can go snorkelling and diving.

We are 40 mins from Girona airport and 1h 30m from Barcelona.
