Blue Water has been lovingly designed to present the perfect holiday home for families or friends alike. A stylish three-bedroom, two-bathroom terraced house located within minutes of St Ives, this contemporary holiday home lies within an exclusive development of luxury eco-houses, with stunning countryside views towards Rosewall Hill. With an enclosed lawned garden with patio area and private parking, Blue Water is the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of St Ives Town Centre and an ideal base for dog walkers looking to explore the Cornish countryside.
The open plan living/dining area is situated on the ground floor and includes two leather sofas: one three-seater and one two-seater, and a large smart TV. The countryside views from the large window overlook the beautiful Rosewall Hill.
The dining table comfortably seats up to six guests and is perfect for large family dinners or for that special occasion.
The modern, spacious, handle less kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric oven, four ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine and frother, dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a small kitchen table which seats up to three guests.
The master bedroom offers a super king-sized bed, wall mounted smart TV and ample storage. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, wash-hand basin, and WC.
The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV. The bed in this cosy room is situated against a wall.
The third bedroom, has two single beds, ample storage and a wall mounted smart TV
There is a family bathroom with a bath and an overhead rainfall shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.

There is a small, graveled area to the back, ideal for hanging your wetsuit after a busy beach day, as well room to store all your beach equipment.
