Harbor Beach Cottage är en 3-sovrums traditionell St Ives fiskare stuga som ligger mittemot hamnen stranden, St Ives. Det sover 6 i två dubbla sovrum (en är på översta våningen med dubbla havsutsikt) och ett enkelrum som har en extra truckle säng som drar ut för att bilda ett tvåbäddsrum för 2 personer. Det finns en toalett och tvättställ på samma våning som singel / tv��bäddsrum och dubbelrum. Familjen Badrummet är på bottenvåningen med badkar och dusch över, tvättställ och toalett.

Köket ligger på bottenvåningen och är välutrustad för att ta hand om en familj av 6. Vardagsrummet ligger vid framsidan av huset och har underbar havsutsikt över hamnen. Samma utsikt är åtnjutna från både dubbelrum.

Hamnstranden ligger bokstavligen utanför dörren och Porthmeor-stranden ligger några minuters promenad bort och stadens centrum med alla dess restauranger, barer och kaféer och hamnen är direkt tillgänglig från din ytterdörr!

Det finns gratis WiFi i hela lägenheten.

Det finns en tilldelad parkeringsplats för din användning på Beach Road som ligger en 5-8 minuters promenad bort. Du kan ladda / lossa bilen mycket nära huset själv. (Passar inte för mycket stora bilar)

Upp till 2 välskötta små till medelstora hundar är välkomna (villkoren gäller med en avgift på 25 £ per husdjur per vecka).

December visit

Great property in a perfect location with lovely sea views, everything on the doorstep but also quiet in the evening. Communication with the managing company was excellent. Would highly recommend the property and the managing agent.

The property was ideally situated close to the harbour,shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable and we will definitely make it our place to stay on all future stays.

Amazing

The property is in a central location is next to the beach, harbour and old town. It is a beautiful property - very clean and well presented, with everything you could need. The communications with the property company were clear and informative. We loved our stay!

Perfect for a range of ages

We had a great week at Harbour Beach Cottage. The perfect location meant that the 18-21 yr olds could come and go as they wished without needing a car. The cottage itself had plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 dogs. We were able to take the dogs on all the beaches before 10 and after 6 which gave them plenty of exercise. We were travelling light as no room in the car for extras but the cottage had all the essentials that we needed that we couldn't bring from home

Harbour Beach cottage - perfect location

Harbour Beach Cottage overlooked St Ives harbour & was a short walk to beaches, restaurants and Fore St - a perfect location. Orange Roofs team were great - all information arrived ahead of time & emails replied too very quickly. Thank you Barry

Harbour Beach relaxing break

A lovely property superbly located with sea views to wile away the hours. Impressed with the Orange roof team and their helpful emails in the lead up to our stay. Property was ready early which was perfect and was very cosy for our stay. Highly recommended

Séjour excellent au Harbour Cottage Beach.

Nous avons passé trois nuits à St Yves afin de visiter les Cornouailles. Nous ne regrettons ni le choix de la ville, ni celui du Cottage. La vue est extraordinaire, et le cottage idéalement placé ! Il ressemble parfaitement aux photos. La literie est très bonne et le cottage est parfaitement équipé. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Location - couldn't be better!!

even though we had to change our property at the last minute, the one we ended up (Harbour Beach Cottage) with was perfect. Wonderful location almost next door to the Sloop Inn with its charm. The property was wonderfully clean and the welcome pack was a nice touch (especially the clotted cream!!). Hats off, though, to Orange Roofs who were exemplary leading up to our stay - the level of communication was beyond reproach.

Gorgeous cottage, perfect location

Loved this property, had everything needed in it, beautifully decorated, perfect location and a view from a couple of rooms to die for, would love to come back next year.

The property was amazing for the location couldn't have wished for a better location

From the moment we booked to arriving at the property we were extremely impressed, from the informative emails to our welcome pack we were very happy. With having a one year old granddaughter the location was key, beaches on our doorstep as well as the town. The games, dvds in the house were perfect. Looking forward to booking our next trip.

Delightful cottage right on the harbour

What a delightful cottage right on the harbour, lovely and clean well laid out with everything we could have wanted. Layout ideal for us but may be an issue with anyone with mobility issues or very small children (lots of steps) The views from the front windows fabulous spent most of the week looking out, we will defiantly look to booking again

Fantastic cottage in St Ives with views of the Har

Harbour Beach Cottage was a fantastic place to stay for our holiday with our 8 month old and dogs. It was a stones throw to the harbour beach, and with a sea view from the cottage we could see whether the tide was out enough to go on with the dogs. The cottage itself was spacious and very well equipped. Orange Roofs also arranged for the hire of a travel cot which was one less thing I had to think about. The location was also fantastic for the town and shops, especially the Italian restaurant below which does a fantastic array of takeaway food (not just pizza!). We hope to stay here again next year as it was a perfect place to stay.

Harbourside Perfection

Truly a perfect home from home, perfectly located with a view of the harbour but set back from the noisy thoroughfares. Beautifully presented with everything we needed. I've stayed in many St Ives cottages and this is definitely one I'll be returning to.
