All male/female groups under 25yrs of age.
Mixed groups under 25yrs of age.
Group Bookings in multiple lodges.
Hen or Stag parties.
Commercial vehicles.
Please note arrival days are Mondays and Fridays with a check-in time between 4-7pm. Any other arrangements are to be agreed with the park.
Please note – Chestnut Lodge bookings are restricted to a maximum of 4 adults.

No smoking is permitted within the lodge for the comfort of our guests.

On departure Lodges are to be left in a reasonable condition.

Please note: The person named as the lead passenger must going on the holiday. Any bookings on behalf of another customer will not be accepted.
Group Bookings/Party Types
Due to the nature of this location the following bookings are not accepted: single sex groups/parties under 25, mixed groups under 25, group bookings across multiple lodges, stag and hen party bookings.

Arrival days are Mondays and Fridays with a check-in time between 4-7pm. Any other arrangements are to be agreed with the park.

Accommodation Information
Smoking is not permitted within the lodge for the comfort of our guests. On departure, lodges are to be left in a reasonable condition. The owner reserves the right to charge for breaches of these conditions.
LP5421 only - Chestnut Lodge will sleep a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. It will not sleep 6 adults.
A Carbon Monoxide alarm is provided (legal requirement with LPG central heating).
