If you want isolation and paradise then this is for you. We went a whole week and didn’t see another person on the beach at all. Great vacation for our large extended family! Getting there is a challenge but well worth it

Working with the host, Dave, was great. Very responsive and helpful. Regina, our concierge, was amazing! She helped us secure transportation, boat rides, jet skis, groceries, even beach umbrellas! Their assistance made traveling to such a remote location smooth and easy. The setting is ideal. Privacy - most days it felt like we had the entire ocean to ourselves! Plenty of room for our family of 13. The pool was perfect and kept crystal clean. The throw back Nintendo game was enjoyed by all! :)

Our family has a tradition of going on a family vacation every two years and so we now have experience with lots of different rentals. I have to say Grace on the Bay was our all time favorite! The villa was gorgeous as was the beach and grounds. It was a perfect fit for our family of 13. The icing on the cake though had to be the extraordinary service provided by our hostess Regina who saw to our every need. She helped us procure fresh fish for dinner one night, made our dinner reservations and made sure all our travel connections ran smoothly and one time. There are a lot of logistics involved with such a large party traveling together but it proved seamless and timely. She even made us a loaf of banana bread for my birthday. It was beyond anything we have ever experienced before. Truly, this property deserves even more than five stars if that were possible!

The house and beach were great! The host and concierge service were wonderful and very responsive. They provided sufficient information to make preparation for our trip less stressful. There were 11 in our group and everyone was comfortable in their rooms. This is a beautiful place to vacation if you like seclusion. Best trip ever!

An unforgettable vacation starts with an unforgettable house and “Grace on the Bay” is just that. It’s a perfect place to spend time inside and out. It was so clean it sparkled and the owners had everything we needed.Mr. John is absolutely the BEST and he was always available as needed. (And so kind to us)Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy, the ferry ride was quick as we got our first glimpse of beautiful North Caicos.Mr. John had a car waiting and helped us get to our own private paradise-Grace on the Bay.Our concierge, Regina was always available to help out with any details. The perfect place for 8 FOREVER friends to make forever memories!Thanks to Dave, the owner, for being so wonderful to us!

This place is a hidden gem! Dave was an amazing host, he answered all my questions and we’re friends now! The house is great, secluded beach, we saw maybe 5 ppl all week. Rooms are comfy, plenty of lounge areas to break apart or hang as a group. John and Dominic very nice & helpful. Transfer and ferry was smooth. 10/10!

Our stay at Grace on the Bay was amazing. We were a party of 12 adults and there was plenty of room. North Caicos is very quiet and we essentially had a private beach right outside the Villa. Dave the owner was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was great. His in country support (Dominic for maintenance and Regina for everything else) were quick to respond to any needs. We brought essentially all our own food and booze (bought mixers, vegetables, breads, beer) and it worked out great. Much cheaper and better quality (especially for meats). No problem at all getting food onto the island you just need to tip the ferry crew well for loading all the luggage! My wife had a small medical need and we went to the clinic in Kew. It was clean and professional. It was also cheap (28 USD for doctor visit and prescription) which was surprising considering how expensive the island is. Only issue was it rained the first day which brough out the bugs. Pretty bad at sunrise and sunset. So bug spray a must. But overall an amazing week and we would all go back in a heart beat.

Another amazing stay

This is our second time staying at Grace on the Bay and it was just as amazing as the first time- it holds such a special place in our heart. The house is well appointed and the location is amazing, private and beautiful beach- water crystal clear! The outside area by the pool is so amazing, our favorite part! We can’t wait to book another trip back!

From start to finish, our stay at this villa was excellent and exactly what we hoped it would be. The house was awesome and and no trouble accommodating our family of 11. The concierge met us at the dock and escorted us to the house and helped us get situated. A big shout-out to Regina! And the owner was in contact from the start to ensure that things went smoothly and met our expectations. The house is right on the beach and has postcard views of the ocean. My wife has a list the top 9 beaches that we’ve visited around the world and this beach moved into the #2 spot, second to a very private beach on Yasawa Island in Fiji … and yes, that is saying something. The home was clean and the kitchen was very functional. Everything worked and there were plenty of utensils to handle all of our dinners. This get together was our family celebration for our 50th anniversary and it lived up to our expectations. Because of its island location, it does require some logistical planning to get there with enough food for the stay, but that is part of the adventure. While we normally cruises for our vacations, it would do this trip again as long as we could stay at the same villa!

If you are looking to vacation in paradise, this is the place to rent! The house was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 4 children. The rooms were large and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The beach was very private with soft sand and blue water. The pool was clean and perfect for us! The host, Dave, was very kind and accommodating. He sent us a lot of valuable information prior to our arrival and even checked in with us to make sure we arrived back home safely. We made so many wonderful memories there that will last a lifetime! We will definitely return!
