Sunset One, är en nybyggd strandvilla med pool, med en modern och elegant öppen golvdesign. Tillbringa dagarna med att koppla av på stranden, vid poolen, njuta av kvällens matlagning på grillen eller sitta vid eldstaden utanför under palmtress. Ta en promenad längs en av världens bästa stränder vid solnedgången!

Gå till stranden - bara 200 m från din ytterdörr, eller ta bara den golfvagn som tillhandahålls för dig. Kristall turkosvattnet upphör aldrig att förvåna! Efter dagen lounging på stranden, ta en dusch i utomhusdusch under ljusblå himmel!

De stora skjutdörrarna dras in i väggkonstruktionen, därför kan du gå med i lounge och kök med uteserveringen rakt till poolen.

Spring break 2025

The house and Owner are absolutely fantastic. Nothing but five star customer service from beginning to end. One of the best vacation's we’ve ever had. The location to town is great and it’s literally less than 20 seconds by golf cart to the beach. You can’t beat it..I highly recommend this stay . We will absolutely be back!!

Great family getaway

Perfect home for a multi-generation family get away. The owners have loaded it with all the necessities for a beach vacation! The location is excellent, just (like the rest of the island) a bit of construction noise. Closely located to downtown for shopping, groceries and some great restaurants. The owner provided some great recommendations for all of the above, and even a running route for my son. Highly recommend! They have thought of everything.

Family vacation

I took my family on a "birthday" vacation for my sister. The villa was everything as advertised. Beautiful home, excellent location minutes from the beach and close to everything - dining, excursions, shopping. The home was a very private and I enjoyed it immensely. Cannot say enough great things about it....

Beautiful home in Turks and Caicos

The home is beautiful inside and out!. Everything you need is there and ready to be enjoyed. The kitchen is equipped with the best of everything. The golf cart ride to the beach is a quick 2 minutes and the beach is fabulous. We loved our stay at this home and hope to go back soon. The host was responsive to our questions and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home!

Everything you would need!

We enjoyed our time in Turks at this fantastic property which has everything you might possibly need for a wonderful beach vacation.... short walk / golf cart to blue water, beach chairs, watersports, etc. and relaxing spa like pool space with the unit. Add this to 3 spacious bedrooms with baths, living area, and chef designed kitchen in a safe and quiet location makes this a can't miss spot. Highly attentive owner who has thought of everything you may need for a great vacation.

Amazing!!

Visited Turks and Caicos for the first time with family. This is an amazing property in an amazing location! Everything you could want is at your fingertips. The host could not have been more gracious and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again upon on our next visit!

Comfortable Modern Beach House

We loved staying at this property! Everything was beautiful and the deck and pool area was perfect for coffee every morning. This property is located close enough to the stores and restaurants that it doesn’t take too long to get there. A car is required though. Beate was the perfect hostess. We loved our stay.

Family get away

Great stay!

Nice house with a beautiful outdoor pool and living area and quick access to a quiet beach via a golf cart or short walk. They even set beach chairs and umbrellas up for you every day if you want. This was a perfect area to stay in for us, as it was quiet but close to town. Would definitely recommend.
