This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is situated in a large Victorian house in a quiet tree-lined street in West London.
It occupies the top two floors of this imposing terraced property giving the flat a great deal of light and a feeling of space. It is an ideal base for up to 4 guests.
It is situated in the heart of Brackenbury, an area known for its village atmosphere and friendly neighbourhood. It’s a short walk to Hammersmith Broadway and is one of the most sought-after places to live in W6. There are a range of local shops, cafes, delis and amenities nearby and Westfield shopping mall is close by for a more extensive choice.
The open-plan living space is accessed via the first internal staircase, and has a lovely authentic charm with wooden flooring and exposed brickwork. It is filled with the homeowners’ art giving the flat its own unique feel. There is a huge sofa perfect for curling up in front of the smart TV. The living area leads into a spacious country-style kitchen with range cooker and an abundance of storage space. There is also a large wooden table with ample seating for four people to enjoy leisurely meals.
On this floor there is also the family bathroom with a bathtub plus rainfall shower and heated towel rail.
Up the second flight of stairs are the two bedrooms both with king sized beds and storage. There is some restricted head height in these rooms.
This apartment with its colourful artwork and eclectic mix of furniture really is a lovely home from home.

The area is very convenient for those wishing to use the London Underground at Hammersmith Broadway (District, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and Circle lines) and Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & City and Circle lines); Ravenscourt Park station (District line) is also within walking distance. In addition, the area benefits from buses from both Goldhawk Road and King Street, Hammersmith, with frequent services directly to central London. Heathrow airport is easily accessible via public transport or the M4 motorway.
