Welcome to this admirable 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, a kitchen with top appliances, and a large living room. An ideal location for anyone looking to make the most out of living in some of the most sought-after locations - West London. West Kensington area provides you with excellent travel links across London. I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless.

I am delighted to offer this stylish one-bedroom apartment in this very sought-after period building situated moments from Kensington Olympia.
The property is surrounded by period properties on a tree-lined residential street and blends Victorian architecture with modern style and is located moments from Kensington Olympia and Kensington High Street.

- The bedroom is bright and warm, with double sized bed, plush pillows and crisp sheets for a good night’s rest;
- The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes all cooking utensils, pots and pans for your ease;
- Beautifully decorated living room futures a dining area and a comfortable chilling zone with a sofa-bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels;
- In the bathroom, you will find a shower, fluffy towels and toiletries to help you relax and restore at the end of the day;
- The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before your arrival.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.

-I Provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £50.

-Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

-Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.

With more care, could be excellent

In a safe and family friendly neighbourhood with Shepherds Bush station within a 10 minute walk close to a nearby Westfields offering so many shops and food places. Supermarket shopping within easy reach. On the other side was Kensington Olympia station only minutes away by foot with less frequent trains but a good connection to the District line. A short walk from there was a stop for bus 9 which had easy access to Buckingham Palace, Kightsbridge, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and more! We wished this stay could have been better, the things easy to fix things with a bit of care and attention listed below * a late fee for check in after 9pm which is puzzling because you get the key from a lock box. We made it on time but it this places extra pressure to arrive by 9pm unnecessarily especially after a long flight * listed as a place suitable for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. The sofa bed was a king single at best. Bedding here is realistically comfortable for only 3 people. * we asked for the sofa bed to be ready for our arrival which was noted by the host but it wasn’t. We arranged it easy enough but we had to search for bed sheets. * bed sheets were stained which we let the host know about but never got a response about (among other things). This did not leave a good first impression * for a longer stay, we wanted a bit more generosity with towels and flexibility by the host * could have provided extras like umbrella, glasses, washing liquid

Mediocre and bad attention

These flat presumes to be more than it is. Neighbourhood: Nice 7/10 Street: Trashy 5/10 Check in: Good 10/10 Communication with host: Mediocre The bed was terrible, good flat, very dirty. Never booking again.

Very good located, but flat not really satisfactory

Good access to tube and bus, nice and safe neighborhood. Unfortunately the equipment of the apartment has not fulfilled our expectations. Noisy apartment, you can hear everything through the walls. The hostess offered her support in writing, but she didn’t react to our claims, e.g. one window could not been closed entirely. She pretends to take care, but she is not doing it.

Badly needs painted walls very dirty. Not enough towels. Beds and pillows were uncomfortablle

4 cushions and the tablecloth were stained and I had to wash them before we could use them. Floors had to be washed and bathroom needed to be cleaned, hairs all over. Windows didn’t open easily and the whole place needs painting. The photographs are deceiving. At best this is a 2 star property.
