If you are looking for a sunny terrace apartment right next to the beach don’t look further! This apartment is what you are looking for. The apartment full of light and charm with old tiles and wooden beam is composed with a living room and his sofa bed, flat TV and sound system. The open kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dish washer, washing machine, ... and be able to have a nice dinner on the table up to 4 people.

The stairs will take you directly to your own private terrace. This is a fully equipped roof top with a chilling area and a dinning table. You will have sun all day long and enjoy the view on the Torre Agbar, Tibidabo, Vila Olimpica Towers and sea.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony. One bathroom with a shower.

Internet Wifi connection and air conditioning in the salon and bedroom. Also a safe box in the bedroom.

The apartment is 10 minutes walking from the beach and you will find a metro station ( Bogatell ) down the apartment.





-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED.
-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit.
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.








Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.

Barcelona city tax not included: €6.25 per night, per person over the age of 16, for up to 7 nights. This amount will be collected upon arrival. Please note that the city tax is subject to change twice a year and may increase.

Poblenou is like a village in Barcelona City right next to the beach. This area was completely refurbished and modernized for the Olympic Games in 1992 including the Vila Olímpica, the Diagonal Mar area and the Forum. You will also find the famous Rambla de Poblenou with plenty of nice restaurants which stretches from Avinguda Diagonal to the beach.
