The apartment is composed of an open space with a double sofa bed and one single bed. There is a flat screen Smart TV with Netflix. You will enjoy the nice furniture and recently renovated wooden parquet.


From the salon you will have a direct access to the terrace with a Greek inspirations. No better place to enjoy a nice sangria looking at the Montjuic views after a day sightseeing.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your meals. One bathroom with shower.

There is a Wifi connection and air conditioning in the salon.
Poble Sec is the new famous district of Barcelona. Just 15 minutes walking from Plaza Catalunia, 10 minutes from the Rambla and very close by Montjuic. You will find plenty of restaurants and bars. One of the most famous street is Carrer Blai with numerous tapas restaurants. If you plan to go out, you are just 5 minutes walking from one of the best disco of Barcelona, Sala Apolo. The nearest metro station is down the street, Paral-lel station.

-We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit
-Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine
-Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€).
-This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros
-It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit.






Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€.
The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 6,25€ per night per person.
