The newly renovated wooden flooring and elegant décor create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy a drink while taking in views of Montjuïc.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your meals: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The apartment also provides WiFi connection and air conditioning in the living room.
The modern and functional bathroom includes a shower.

The apartment is located in Poble Sec, one of Barcelonaâs trendiest neighborhoods. Just a 15-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya and 10 minutes from Las Ramblas, it offers a strategic location for exploring both the historic center and the natural surroundings of MontjuĂŻc.

Pets:Pets under 10 kg are allowed upon prior request (20 ⏠additional charge).
Noise monitoring:The apartment is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector, which measures decibel levels without recording conversations. Tampering with it or exceeding noise limits may result in a fine between 50 and 250 âŹ.
Towels:It is forbidden to use the provided bath towels for beach outings. A charge of 12 ⏠per unit will apply if this rule is breached.
Check-in and Fees
Standard check-in:Between 14:00 and 20:00.
Late arrivals:
After 20:00: 30 ⏠supplement.
After midnight: 50 ⏠supplement.
