There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a study, and an external games room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker and for entertainment, there are seven Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, pool table, table football, and a selection of books. Fuel, power, unlimited wood for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot, two highchairs and stairgates available. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, gas barbecue and children's play area. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Enjoy a wonderful break at Pen Bont Home Farm.

A recent addition to the games room is found in the adjacent milking shed. This has a Northamptopnshire Skittles table, a 10 ft long Shuffleboard table and a Ring the Bull game.

Town: Builth Wells (Welsh: Llanfair-ym-Muallt) is a market town in unspoiled Mid-Wales landscape. This is a great place for walking, pony trekking, and mountain biking. The town has an 18-hole golf course, a sports centre, and the Wyeside Arts Centre with a cinema and live shows. Across the River Wye is the Royal Welsh Showground, home of the annual Royal Welsh Show and other events. With Llandrindod Wells 8 miles away and the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains nearby, this location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or those looking to unwind in stunning nature. Builth Wells is a fabulous gateway to Wales.
