Villa Sand and Sea

Bungalow Sand & Sea in the island of Corfu is located right in front of the sea in Glyfada, one of the best beaches of the island. The bungalow, which is independent, is part of a large tourist complex with the name of “Menigos”. The tourist complex offers a restaurant, minimarket, children’s swimming pool, whereas there are more restaurants at close proximity. Corfu’s 18-hole golf course at Ermones is only at 5 km from Glyfada. Corfu town is at 17 km, buses run during the holidays’ period. Renting a car is recommended to visit this beautiful island. The bungalow has a reserved parking place (no.11) at the parking of the complex. The bungalow can accommodate up to 5 persons, ideally a family with three children.

Sand & Sea bungalow is semi- detached covering 50 m2 with a large private garden giving directly to the beach. The residence is ideal for a family with two or three children. There is one room with a double bed giving directly to the garden and one room for three, at the side garden, with a single bed and superposed beds (bunk bed). The bedrooms are served by a shower room with washing machine. All linen is provided. The living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs and a table with chairs, has satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is in the living room area and is fully equipped with all cutlery, tacks, oven, refrigerator, coffee machines, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. All the rooms (living room and the two bedrooms) have air- conditioning.

Outdoors the bungalow has its own private garden with flowers and an olive tree, a terrace with table and chairs for al-fresco dining, sun-loungers for relaxing and an outside shower to refresh when coming from the beach.
