A unique summer house with stunning sea views overlooking the bay of Aegiali and stunning sunset views towards the island of Naxos. The house is very close to the long sandy beach of the bay of Aegiali, the shopping area, restaurants, bars and the centre of Ormos Aegiali, while being quiet . It is a newly built maisonette, with a minimal and elegant design with respect to Cycladic architecture. It is well equipped to provide a comfortable, relaxing and memorable stay.
The space
The house consists of two floors, and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is the living room with two sofa beds, the kitchen, the dining room and a WC. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On both floors, there are well-equipped terraces with amazing sea views.

The house is directly accessible from the main road, which connects Aegiali with Chora, the capital of the island and Katapola, the other port of Amorgos. Private parking at the property.
