LIVING & DINING ROOM
The light-filled living space offers dual aspect windows, with views to the surrounding architecture. There's plenty to entertain inside whether you're a bookworm or keen to enjoy culinary feasts beneath the unique, sculptural chandelier. This space always offers access to the balcony which stretches around the building.

KITCHEN
The kitchen offers a vintage aesthetic and all you will need to cook meals for family and friends during your stay.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms are varied in size and style, with the principal bedroom presenting a large double bed. This light-filled room offers lovely views across the Haussmannian buildings of the neighbourhood. Eye-catching floral wallpaper and a large double bed complete the second bedroom which boasts direct access to a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a handy desk should you need a workspace during your stay. Alluring in azure accents, the final bedroom is equipped with a single sofa bed and would ideally be suited for a child of up to 12 years old.

BATHROOM
A contemporary shower room offers a spacious shower and white basin. Two separate WCs can also be found in the apartment.

WE LOVE
The uplifting green-filled hallway - so green it could rival the lawns of Champ de Mars— with mirrored doors leading to various rooms of the home. Truly unexpected!

You are welcome to play the piano here, but we cannot guarantee it will be in tune. The fireplaces are for decorative purposes only. One of the bathrooms has a shared access from the bedroom and from the hallway (not pictured). The single sofa bed is suitable for a child of up to 12 years old. The apartment is located on the second floor and can be accessed by a lift. This home is fully accessible for wheelchair access. Please note that from May 2023 until March 2024 some renovation works are being done in the courtyard. While it will not have an impact during the weekends and evening, it may cause noises during the day. In addition to the possible noise, there will be a scaffolding on the courtyard side.
