Welcome to your chic little nest in the City of Light! This cozy studio with a stylish mezzanine is tucked away in the vibrant 10th arrondissement—right where charm, culture, and croissants collide. The space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or anyone who wants to live out their “Emily in Paris” fantasy (minus the questionable work ethic). The open-plan studio features high ceilings, a comfy double bed on the mezzanine, and a living area that’s great for sipping wine, writing postcards, or plotting your next boulangerie run. A fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom mean you’re set for short or long stays.

DO NOT RENT: STOLE OVER 5000 EUROS FROM ME

Canceled this reservation a week before the 100% deadline expired and since I’m able to still leave a review, it’s clear that they didn’t cancel the reservation in the system thereby not giving my full entitled refund. Multiple calls, multiple instant messages both via the VRBO app and WhatsApp and an email from VRBO customer service. No response. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Terrible

We had great expectations of this lovely apartment by how the photos and apartment had been marketed. This was our experience  The smell of mould and sewage hit us when we opened the door. The apartment is very small worn and unclean. The bathroom tiles were disgraceful full of mould the floor was filthy. The bed linen was ripped and the lights over the bed didn’t work. The ladder to the bed is dangerous no hand rail. Customer service non existent. The place doesn’t deserve one star.

Great location, some problems with the unit itself

First the positives, great location, short distance from Metro, very safe as entrance is in an enclosed courtyard. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet building. Felt very safe there The negatives. Check in process was confusing with not all the information given beforehand and some information only given at the time of entry or close to time of entry. This unit has a major mold problem in the cupboards in the kitchen. It really stinks and its obvious and a potential health hazard. The problem has been mentioned several times in the visitors' book. Various kitchen equipment missing like tea towels and washing up equipment - things that were present in other accommodation in France. The stair to the small loft are quite creaky and could be hazardous if your elderly or uncoordinated. Also it's difficult to stand up straight in the loft and I am 170cm tall. Overall, the location is recommended and there are lots of good points, but there are major caveats.

Rent at your own risk

Extremely disappointing. Check-in not clear & confusing (uses code not a key..that was shared w/unknown person entering premises to deliver Raid for the ant infestation. We therefore, did not feel safe leaving our valuables, passports, etc in the rental unit. Black mold in the shower. Unsafe stairs leading up to loft. No railing..cracking noises & shifting near the top. No a/c included. A/C delivered if requested for extra cost. No washer. Only one towel on premises per person for a two week rental. Pillows of feather that were very flat and uncomfortable. Two rolls of toilet paper for two weeks as well. Be prepared to eat out due to lack of kitchen cleanliness, and find laundry facilities off premises and buy basic necessities. Almost all the taxis refused to drive up to the street to the door. Other bad reviews written in the greeting book under the tv…too late to read bad reviews at that point!
