Designstudio på 35 m² renoverad, trädgårdsutsikt, mycket tyst, Paris 13th

Min studio är idealisk för en turist eller professionell vistelse och erbjuder ett idealiskt läge 10 minuter med tunnelbana från hjärtat av Paris. Klar och lugn, det presenterar en snygg dekor i modern stil.

Nyligen byggd, renoverades min studio 2013. Du hittar allt du behöver för en bekväm vistelse: en dubbelsäng och en bäddsoffa, men också ett badrum med dusch och ett vardagsrum / matplats.

Köket är separat och utrustat för att laga snabba måltider, som sedan kan avnjutas framför TV: n. Jag erbjuder Wi-Fi, tvättmaskin samt babyutrustning (barnsäng och barnstol).

Lovely place

The landlady met up on us as we arrived pretty late in the evening, very greatful for that. The apartement was Lovely! Well equipped nice and tidy. It had everything we needed! Including maps and lots of info about Paris. The location was great, just a short walk to the Metro. Lovely to have breakfast at the local cafées in the neighbourhood! We Highly recommend this apartement! Thank you very much Céline!!

Appartement très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. Hôte disponible et répondant rapidement. Ascenseur fonctionnel et prestation de l'appartement tout à fait adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants. Propre dans l'ensemble mais pas dans les détails. Bonne expérience, je recommande.

Phantastisch. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das kleine Appartement hat trotz seiner Größe alles was man für ein paar Tage Urlaub in einem lebendigen Viertel braucht. Ein paar Minuten zur Metro sind kein Problem. Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr unkompliziert.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Städtetrip braucht. Durch die bodentiefen Fenster fühlt man sich sehr wohl über den Dächern von Paris. Die Lage ist phantastisch und wir haben den Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu gebucht, was äußerst praktisch ist. Mit dem Fahrstuhl kommt man direkt von dort auf die Etage der Wohnung.

Spacious comfortable Paris apartment

This is a lovely apartment situated in the 13th arrondissement in Paris (rive gauche). The lodgings are spacious and comfortable with ample room in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and washroom areas. The lift works very well and it is a safe and secure building. It is situated near two metro stations and all amenities are in close proximity. Great quality price combination. The hosts are very helpful and kind. We are happy to recommend this unit to future travellers. Merci Céline et Julien!

Séjour agréable

Séjour agréable dans un appartement fonctionnel et bien situé (manque de chance la ligne 14 du métro était coupée pendant deux jours!!). L’accueil a été sympathique. Un problème avec la baie vitrée nous a empêché d’aérer correctement. Heureusement nous n’étions que le soir dans l’appartement.

Sehr schönes Apartement

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment in toller ruhiger Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Uns haben die bodentiefen Fenster gut gefallen. Für unseren Kurzurlaub war alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Metro, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Joli appartement propre et lumineux

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est propre, et bien équipé.Quartier sympathique avec des restaurants à proximité. Great experience for the Olympics!

I cannot say enough about how incredible this apartment was for our Olympics visit and how great of hosts Celine & Julien are. Celine communicated with me for over a year since we planned early and often for the Olympics visit. Julien met us in person the day we arrived by train (after Celine gave us clear directions) and showed us around the apartment. We immediately felt welcomed there. It was exactly as advertised and we loved that it was in an area of town that felt more like a neighborhood with shops & restaurants nearby rather than the bustling city center that is a few metro stops away. Speaking of metro- it was easily between two metro stops that made transport accessible without car or taxi. Highly recommend!

Awesome flat close to transit

The owners of this flat are very nice, the process of getting the keys was very smooth. They are quick to respond and very reasonable people. The flat is clean, has everything you could need to have a good stay in Paris. I appreciated the decoration and the arrangement of the flat, it looks as nice as the pictures. It was close to transit (bus, metro and RER) and made getting places very easy.

Great stay

Super, well appointed apartment- the space is quite small but it has everything you need. It was perfectly clean and tidy for us. We brought extra pillows which we needed. There are a lovely collection of shops around the Olympiad tube station (which is a short walk) - fish monger, butcher, green grocer, epicierie and wine shop. There are a number of alimentation in rue de Patay and a Lidl on the way to the Mitterand Biblioteque. We used Lime bikes throughout our stay. The flat was just under 30 mins cycle from the centre of Paris- both the route along the Seine and through St Germain were lovely. We used the tube on the day it rained and Olypiads was very convenient.

Excellent excellent stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Céline was an amazing host, always available to answer any questions before arrival. Upon arrival her husband met us and let us in to their very clean, and very very cute place. The apartment had everything we needed and there are so many amenities close by, including the bus and metro. We were traveling with our two older girls and found that we all fit comfortably. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and loved the cute little Christmas decorations. Thank you Celine for opening up your place to us. I would definitely recommend this property.
