Modern apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom located in one of the most central streets of Seville, Murillo Street, perfect for exploring the city without needing to use any transport.

Upon entering the apartment we find a very spacious and bright living-dining room that consists of Smart TV, side table, armchair, double sofa-bed and dining table with capacity for up to four people. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has all the necessary utensils. At the end of the living-dining room we find a small terrace with outdoor furniture and views of Magdalena Square, a very quiet and recently renovated square.

Returning to the entrance, on the left we find a first door that gives access to a modern bathroom with shower. The second door leads us to the spacious bedroom, which has a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed, Smart TV and a large window with views of Magdalena Square.

Being located in the center of the city, this apartment is surrounded by the main shopping streets of the city, numerous bars of Seville gastronomy and just a few minutes walk from the tourist attractions of Seville: the Cathedral, the Giralda or the Torre del Oro.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
