Our beautiful Villa Piña is located very close to golf courses such as Greenlife Golf Marbella and Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella, it is perfect for those golf lovers who want to practice their shots.
In the nearby areas there are a variety of leisure facilities such as the Santa Maria Stadium, the Marbella Athletic Sports Club, Marbella Sports & Padel Club or Crossfit.
If you like to eat well and enjoy nightlife with family or friends, very close to Villa Piña there are very interesting restaurants and bars such as El Lago, The Circus Karaoke & Show Bar, Elviria del Sol, La Plage Casanis or Siroko Beach.
If you also like to feel the sand under your feet and the sun on your face, very close to Villa Piña is La Chapas Beach or Playa Real De Zaragoza.
The property has an extension of more than 250 m2 and has its own private swimming pool. The villa consists of two floors connected by stairs and comprises of a living room, dining room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace, garden and garage.
The spacious living room has an impeccable fireplace to sit around, for guests\' comfort there are two sofas with plenty of space and a smart TV with international channels so you can keep up to date with everything that is happening around the world. In the next room is the separate dining room with seating for 6 and individual air-conditioning.
The kitchen with beautiful views of the garden, is equipped with everything you need for everyday life, it has all kinds of appliances, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
The two main bedrooms have double beds, en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and individual air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has its own TV.
The guest bedroom has two single beds and a desk, perfect for digital nomads. Next to the bedroom is the third bathroom with shower.
On the property there are two terraces, one of them is covered with a dining table for six people and an outdoor terrace of about 30 m2 with a lovely chill out area to watch the sunset with cocktails.
The house has a leafy and mature garden to lie down and sunbathe.
And finally and the best of the villa, the huge swimming pool ideal to take a dip and cool off in the more than 300 days of sunshine on the Costa del Sol.
In the house you can enjoy completely free WIFI, bed linen and bath towels, for a small fee we can provide you with beach towels.
For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
