Nyligen dekorerad för 2019! Njut av fantastisk utsikt över Atlanten och poolerna från Tybee Beach Club 132, en 2 sovrum, 2 badrum lägenhet belägen på översta våningen i Tybee Beach Club-byggnaden vid Beachside Colony. Denna moderna lägenhet erbjuder ett öppet vardagsrum med havsutsikt, matbord sittplatser för 4 och bar med plats för 2. Köket erbjuder granitbänkar och alla rostfria apparater tillsammans med en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det finns också en bäddsoffa för drottning som ett extra sovmöjlighet. Den möblerade balkongen ligger utanför vardagsrummet och erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över innergården, gemensamma pooler och havet. Direkt tillgång till stranden ligger bara några steg bort, precis förbi poolområdet som också erbjuder utomhusduschar.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, platt-TV och ett bifogat badkar med duschkabin. Det andra sovrummet är möblerat med en drottningssäng och erbjuder tillgång till det andra badrummet med badkar och dusch, som också är tillgänglig från hallen. WIFI Internet är tillgängligt för gästbruk. Dessa lägenheter är husdjursvänliga för en välbearbetad vuxen hund, extra avgift tillkommer.

Dessa lägenheter ligger på tredje (översta) våningen i Tybee Beach Club-byggnaden i Beachside Colony Resort-komplexet och inkluderar tillgång till de tre poolerna. Stunning Ocean View but needs a little TLC!

The location was great and the view as amazing! Check-in and communication was very easy and smooth. The unit was very spacious and clean but a few things needed to be fixed. The bed in the 2 bedrooms were very outdated and needed new mattresses. We had to checkout a day early with bad backs.The door that separated the bedroom with the queen bed to the bathroom was broken and couldn't be closed. So basically you could see straight to the bed if you were on the toilet. The bed had sand in it like it wasn't washed. Other than those few things, our stay was good. Good food, good location, but had minor issues.

Picturesque view

We chose this unit specifically for the view and we were not disappointed. I loved reclining on the couch and watching the sun rise. So beautiful and relaxing. My only frustration, as with all beach rentals, is there are not nearly enough places to hang wet items (swimsuits, beach towels, and bath towels) so we had to hang them over doors and chairs, which is just unsightly. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice place and good size for family

The place worked out really well for my family and I. Plenty of room for family of 4. Location was good and the restaurant on site was nice. Only issue was the entire pool and courtyard area is under construction and was not advertised as such on the listing or I would have booked somewhere else due to having kids that wanted a pool. Looks like it's a few months out from being completed.

We stayed four nights & paid over $4000 dollars, we expected so much more for that price. It didn’t even come with umbrella & chairs at the beach. The beach was not easily accessible. The walls need to be repainted, the shower was dirty,

Stay somewhere else.

People who work in the office are rude and didn’t want to help with anything. The check in instructions were horrible and do not give you enough detail and when we called for help it seems like we were a burden to the staff. Also check in time was 4. When we called at 4:15 they stated that check in time was 4 or after and they would let us know. We waited forever to get into our room but be sure they were banging on the door at 1008 when check out was 1000. I would suggest to stay somewhere else.

Stunning ocean views and easy beach access

The unit is very spacious and it was clean. It needs some TLC and updating though. The restaurant right on property was a huge bonus, convenient and excellent food. Pools looked beautiful (weather didn’t cooperate during our short stay to make use of them). The view from the living room/ balcony is exceptional! Was surprised to see that road noise in the front bedroom wasn’t mentioned in previous reviews. It was quite loud at times but we use a white noise sound machine when we sleep so it wasn’t quite as disturbing as it could have been. Communication with the property owner was excellent. They had noticed upon check in that we weren’t entirely happy and they did make a point to check in right away to see what they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Unfortunately we weren’t there for a long enough stay to make it worth the inconvenience of them possibly coming in to address our complaints. We did leave a list of concerns upon check out though and hopefully those things will be looked into for future renters.

New Year’s Getaway

We loved staying here! The location is great and the short walk to the beach was especially helpful after taking a plunge in the ocean New Year’s Day. Short walk on the beach New Year’s Eve to catch the fireworks at the Tybee Pier. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and walking distance to a playground and the Sugar Shack. Great place to stay!

Cleanliness is not good for the price charged

This was the most disgusting condo I have stayed at. The mold on the ceiling in the master bedroom along with the crud and mold in the leaky shower. The dust on the bathroom vent/fan was just gross. The second bedroom mattress needs updated and attached to the headboard. The ceramic floors need steam cleaning. Living room furniture needs updated. Not worth the price they charge. The location is perfect...right on the beach with great pool.

The condo was exactly as listed. Everything we needed was furnished . The restaurant close.

The condo was as advertised. There were 2 pools and an on site restaurant which made it very convenient. Condo was clean and well furnished. The area was quite and pleasant. Overall would definitely recommend.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION

This rental has a phenomenal view! Because it is located mid-beach you have an uncrowded beach to access also. It includes shaded parking which is wonderful! My one complaint was that the restaurant in front of the unit leaves their radio on 24/7. That is not the properties fault, it was just an annoyance. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice kitchen appliances, and holy cow the view, I would definitely recommend this property.

Tybee beach getaway

Cute place with a very family friendly vibe. Beaches are nice and clean. Liked the place we stayed. Only issue was no closet in what was 2nd bedroom so storage space was lacking. Very casual island, with very friendly locals. Easy to get to savannah
