Wonderful stay on Tybee Island

We enjoyed our stay with family on Tybee Island. This location was the perfect spot with a beautiful ocean view and an easy walk to the pool or beach. The unit was clean and comfortable and located close to some nice restaurants. We were easily able to visit Savannah by day and relax on Tybee Island in the afternoons and evenings. We highly recommend!

Week on Tybee Island

My family had an excellent time at Tybee Island. This was our first time visiting, and certainly won’t be our last. The Beachside Colony is maintained very well, and feels safe and private. We loved the beach, both pools, and on site restaurant very much.

Adorable condo right on the beach

Check in process was very smooth and quick responses from the property manager. Condo was adorable and clean. View right on the beach was phenomenal. Restaurant at the pool had amazing food and view.

Senior Trip

We stayed here for my youngest daughters senior trip. The condo was beautifully decorated, had an amazing view and was in a great location. There were some inconveniences (we spoke to the company) but nothing that would keep us from staying again. We will hopefully be back one day.

Great place for our girl's getaway

This property was perfect for our girl's getaway week. Right on the beach, very clean and comfortable, close to restaurants and activities. Really liked The Deck restaurant right on the premises and having the bar next to the pools was an added bonus. Beds were comfortable, towels were plush, tastefully decorated. 3-4 people would be ideal--6 would push the space a little. We didn't use the sofa bed but i guess it would be OK for kids. We'll definitely consider returning to #411. A great vacation spot!

Very Nice.

Tybee Island is lost in time and happily so. The property is nicely kept. Our only complaint(s) are not serious: The laundry dryer filter needs attention and replacement. Also, the sliding doors to the outside decks are hard to open and close. They need attention as well. My family spent a week here. Very nice community for sure and peaceful. My oldest daughter is a distance runner and ran all over the island, she felt safe and secure. We took a day trip to Hilton Head and everyone agreed Tybee was much more peaceful and welcoming. Day trip to Savannah is highly recommended. It rained but we did not care and laughed all around. We will be back.

Amazing October vacation
