Apartment with own entrance & terrace on West Hill
A self contained, modern and perfectly situated place to stay on the very popular West Hill in Hastings. With its own entrance and situated in the back of a busy family home
The apartment comprises a spacious bedroom with a king size bed, an ensuite shower room with separate toilet and a living room with a single daybed that converts into a double for kids
This property has NO Kitchen and minimal washing up facilities
An outside sitting area. Unlimited Full fibre Internet access is included with no extra charge
The space is a small perfectly appointed apartment with its very own private entrance. located in the rear quarter of our busy family home. Maintained to a high standard with examples of the hosts eye for detail throughout, with fresh pale colours, beautiful tiles and brass detail giving it a subtle touch of elegance.
The private entrance ensures that it is completely self contained accommodation so your stay is uninterrupted and can come and go as you please.
There is tea/coffee making facilities, a small fridge, a microwave, crockery & cutlery and plenty of local take away/delivery menus. Washing up is possible but as stated before the apartment does not have a kitchen. (Do NOT bring your own cooking appliances such as toasters , portable hobs/cookers etc)
The apartment is perfect for two adults (or a family of 4- this would mean that 4 x guests option is required when booking)
The bedroom has a kingsize bed and the living room a daybed that can convert into two adjoining singles if needed.
If two adults require separate beds the additional bed option (as per below) would need to be accounted for etc
1 x master Bed 1-2 persons
1x daybed 1-2 children
(please let me know if you want the day bed made up for the children / this can be 2 adjoining singles)
Please note that adults/children sleeping in the living room space must walk through the bedroom to access the toilet/ shower room.
A travel cot can be provided if required with no extra charge.
Two night minimum stay and check out at 10am prompt.
There is free on street parking surrounding my property :-)
