Situated in a brilliant location and with plenty of space, this is a great base from which to explore Barcelona.
THE SPACE:
This FAMILY FRIENDLY apartment is ideal for you to enjoy living like a local in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Barcelona: GrĂ cia.
The flat is big and has lot of space for kids to play. If you come for work, you will find a desk with chair to set your own little office. Natural light comes from the small balcony facing interior patios, making the work area quiet and comfortable.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed convertible in 2 single beds with AC
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds convertible in a double bed with AC
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed with AC
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
All the bedrooms have storage space.
1 Double sofa bed in living room
1 Full Bathroom with WC and shower + 1 extra toilet (Only WC)
FACILITIES:
Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
AC in bedrooms and living area
TV and high speed Wi-fi
Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.
