Newly renovated and fully equipped and furnished apartment of 80 m2, located in a building with elevator and with optional parking in the same building (30 ⏠/ day).
This comfortable apartment of approximately 90 sqm is located in a building with elevator and offers the additional convenience of an optional Private Parking for 30 ⏠/ day. Located near the Muntaner metro station, you will enjoy easy access to public transportation and Barcelona's various points of interest.
The apartment has a cozy living-dining room that opens onto a nice terrace, ideal for enjoying moments outdoors. With capacity to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, distributed in 3 bedrooms with 4 single beds and 1 double bed, plus a double sofa bed in the living room, in each apartment. In addition, if you are a group of more than 6 people there is the possibility of requesting the rental of more apartments in the same building.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob. In addition, we have included an iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine and dryer to ensure your comfort. In addition, you will have free Wi-Fi access during your stay in Barcelona.

Please note the following important information before booking:
- The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
- The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
- A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
- Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-Arrival after hours:
- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge âŹ50 in cash as late check-in
- The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of âŹ400 (in addition to the police fine).
