Perfect for a winter warmer break with the cosy benefits of the wood burner and underfloor heating and Pets are welcome too. 

The STUDIO- is a two storey Holiday Home situated in a beautiful rural setting, with the main living area enjoying far-reaching countryside views to the Camel estuary, Rock and beyond. Enjoy a scenic countryside walk from the Camel Trail and Petherick Creek with its great range of birdlife including egrets, redshank and curlew.

This stunning spacious 3 bedroom property set in its own self-contained compact garden is located less than 4.5 miles from everything the harbour town of Padstow has to offer! 

Parking for 2 cars - bedlinen and towels provided. 

Short breaks are available - Standard weekly changeover day is FRIDAY

Along with the underfloor heating there is an air source heat pump which has zoned controls within each room, wooden floors downstairs and beautiful clean lines, rugs used to add extra cosiness, are just a few more reasons why this is an ideal home for your holiday.

LOUNGE - Large airy double height room, with wood burner, 2 large sofa seating , hobby/reading desk with lamp. Large patio doors give access to the wraparound patio and garden with window over, with fabulous views of the open countryside towards the estuary, Rock and beyond.

SPACIOUS SOCIAL KITCHEN/DINING AREA

KITCHEN - Fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for your self catering stay with microwave, oven, gas hob and extractor hood - dishwasher, kettle , toaster, washing/tumble drier and fridge freezer.
COFFEE LOVERS please note: There is a plunger type cafetière , An Italian stove top coffee maker, Nespresso Latissima Touch coffee maker. (coffee & pods not provided)

DINING AREA with dining table , sofa and TV. Large sliding patio doors give access to the Outside Seating area.

GROUND FLOOR TWIN BEDROOM with single beds both benefiting from bed side tables with lamps. Window and wardrobe space.

SHOWER ROOM is opposite with wash hand basin, wc and heated towel rail.

UTILITY storage room - with iron and ironing board - laundry basket and plenty of storage space. Rear door to side garden.

Upstairs there are two en-suite bedrooms:

The MAIN BEDROOM overlooking the lounge, has a glass mezzanine designed specifically, so that it is possible to make the most of the amazing views from the King-size bed. There are two bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedside reading lights, built in hanging space with shelving and two sky light windows.
EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM - with wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

BEDROOM TWO with King-size bed and bedside tables and lamps, recessed bedside reading lights, built in storage with hanging space and shelving. There are 2 sky lights and a window to the front of the building.
EN-SUITE BATHROOM - with shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

OUTSIDE - the wraparound, self- contained, compact garden offers both a grass and patio area with modern seating/loungers. There is an outdoor rotary clothes line, which is ideal for drying wet suits after a day out on one of the many local beaches.

PARKING - Driveway parking for 2 cars.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement at £30 per stay but must not be left unattended and is not to be allowed upstairs

Heating and Electricity included in the rental.

Bedding: Bed linen and towels supplied - Please bring your own beach towels.
Please note: Entry to the property is from 4pm and departure is at 10am prompt.

Situated less that 5 miles from Padstow
Padstow has a long and ancient maritime history, the harbour being nestled in to the west-side of the Camel Estuary offering protection from the prevailing south-westerly winds. The town boasts a labyrinth of crooked streets sloping down to the harbour where many fine medieval buildings can be found including the 15th century Abbey House on North Quay and the 16th century court house of Sir Walter Raleigh on the South Quay.
The surrounding coastline and countryside has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with many of North Cornwall's finest sandy beaches within a five mile radius.
Sailing and Watersports the Camel Estuary is a well established centre for watersports, including sailing and water skiing, boat charters are available from Padstow and craft can be moored in Padstow or launched from the Padstow Harbour Commissioners' Slipway.
Restaurants Padstow offers an excellent range of restaurants the Michelin starred restaurant of Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and Rick Stein's renowned Seafood Restaurant both within a 5 minute walk; with many other restaurants and public houses offering excellent fare.
Leisure & Golf. The famous surfing beaches of Newquay, Polzeath and Constantine Bay are only a short drive away. The Trevose Golf and Country Club is located within approximately 3 miles, the course was bestowed with the honour of hosting the Amateur Brabazon Strokeplay Championship, bearing testament to the course's excellent credentials. The course also offers excellent tennis courts and swimming pool.
