Spacious apartment in stunning Estrela da Luz
This stylish place to stay is perfect for families and couples who want to be close to all local amenities in the pretty village of Praia da Luz, whilst enjoying the fabulous facilities Estrela da Luz has to offer.
The space
This spacious elevated ground floor apartment nestles within the luscious, private and secure gardens of Estrela da Luz, with patio door access to terraces from all rooms.
The spacious open plan living / dining room has seating for 6 plus a flat screen smart TV and opens onto a large, partially covered, south facing terrace which is elevated with views across the complexâs tennis courts giving sea view glimpses from the comfortable outdoor living space. There is plenty of space for private sunbathing here if you donât want to use the poolside loungers.
A fully fitted modern kitchen provides all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay (hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher), and this opens onto a smaller rear terrace with garden views and seating for a quiet coffee in the shade. This terrace benefits from dappled late afternoon sun.
Two large bedrooms again both open onto this terrace via patio doors. The master bedroom has a superking size bed, fitted wardrobes with safe (to rent payable locally) and an en-suite shower room with walk in shower, vanity wash hand basin and wc, whilst the 2nd twin room has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, ample storage, and access to the family bathroom directly opposite.
This main bathroom has a bath with shower overhead, wc, 2 vanity wash hand basins and a bidet.
The whole space is open, airy and modern, with full access to the complexâs communal facilities just a short step away.
Guest access
Guests at our apartment have full access to the wonderful communal facilities at Estrela Da Luz. This includes 3 outdoor pools, and indoor heated pool, state of the art gym, poolside bars (in high season) and 2 restaurants(one of which serves breakfast paid locally). Health & beauty treatments can be booked in the Skeyndor Spa on site (high season). The apartment block sits within beautifully well tended gardens, and the whole complex is securely accessed via guestsâ swipe cards making it super safe for young families.
The apartment is centrally located within the pretty village of Praia da Luz, with itâs beautiful beach just 10mins walk away. Local supermarkets are within 5mins walk from Estrela da Luz and a lovely mix of bars, cafes and restaurants are just a few paces away.
Guests of our apartment have the use of a secure privately designated underground parking space with lift access to the ground floor and level access to apartment entrance. There are also plenty of free surface parking spaces directly outside the apartment block.
Other things to note
During your stay, you will have free access to both outdoor and indoor pools and gym. The Skeyndor Spa treatments are booked and charged locally.
