This centrally situated studio is just steps away from the vibrant Sant'Ambrogio Market and the Synagogue, nestled in a typical Florentine building on the ground floor. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a cozy bedroom area for 2 and a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep an additional 2 guests.

The studio is outfitted with a bathroom featuring a shower, and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances including a Nespresso machine, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. You'll find all the necessary utensils and dishes for your stay. There's also a quaint terrace with a table and chairs for two, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.

For maximum comfort, the studio offers air conditioning and a Wi-Fi connection. Each guest is provided with a set of towels and bed linen.

Located in a lively, dynamic neighborhood, the apartment places you within easy walking distance of Florence's main attractions. Although it's situated in a restricted traffic zone where parking on the streets isn't possible, there is a private garage nearby (charges apply).

Troubling Experience

I was very excited for my family's stay at this apartment in a very good location in Florence. We were greeted by an employee who let us in early to drop off our bags and said to come back by 3:30 so the cleaners could change the linens and towels. We went out to lunch and walked around and came back by 4pm, and the cleaners had still not come. The host had very poor and slow communication, eventually told us it would only be another 20 minutes, and it ended up being 2 hours until they showed up. So we had still not been able to shower at this point after a long travel day, and had to leave the apartment for another hour. We came back to the apartment an hour later and there was no hot water. I messaged the host about the hot water and received no answer from the host after many inquiries about how to get hot water. At this point, we were very frustrated and then saw a cockroach run across the floor. I again messaged the host, and they had very poor communication, we ended up leaving the property, did not stay at all, and they are only willing to refund us for the cleaning fee. Do not stay here is you are looking for an experience with a reliable and communicative host.

Excellent

I had a wonderful stay at the Oltrarno Firenze apartment. The location was perfect, nestled in the charming Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence. It provided easy access to all the main attractions while allowing me to experience the authentic local vibe. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and immaculately clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Florence. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Nice apartment real close to the old center

Very nice apartment in the middle of the old center. Supermarket around the corner in about 4 mins walk. I enjoyed my stay very much. Friendly people and safe area. I would recommend to stay here. For 4 adults it doesnt offer much privacy, because its all in one room. But it wouldnt bother me.

If you can, stay elsewhere

We paid for early check in, only to be left standing outside for an hour with no response and no one to let us in. When we were finally shown the suite, the water heater and wifi was broken - so they had to call a support person to come in. The wall by the washroom was also quite moldy, which they distinctly hid. There is no garbage can which is humorous considering they ask you to take out your own garbage as part of check out. It is in a nice location, and it’s easy to walk all over florence. As a tourist, I did not have a cellphone. The company chose to contact me only by texts only starting right before check in which was quite frustrating, as I couldnt respond to anything. If you can afford anywhere else, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. Otherwise, it was livable and fine.

Lo mejor, su ubicacion

El apartamento es muy oscuro, ya que es un bajo, con una sola ventana. La habitación y el baño están bien, aunque la cama bastante incomoda. Está bien ubicado, cerca de todos los puntos de interés de Florencia, como mucho a 15 minutos caminando. En contra tiene, que hasta las 15:00pm que se puede hacer el check-in y a las 10:00 am es la hora del check out, y si ese día tienes algún plan, tienes que ir con tu maleta porque no te la guardan en ningún sitio.

Confortevole

beautiful structure equipped with every comfort. distance from the center ten minutes on foot. silent palace. a small problem with cockroaches which however was solved by offering me a new structure. I will go back because it is really nice and has an excellent quality / price.
